Sestina, the Bucknell kid put up worse numbers than Nick Richards his freshman and sophomore years, then he improved. I'm not sure why people think Nick or any of our other returning players can improve, players improve year to year everywhere else.

I would say PJ improved a lot from last year.

They are sucking Duke so hard right now. Talking about how every player on that team improved their stock by playing on a superteam, saying that Zion wouldn’t have been a #1 pick anywhere else. Like a 2-minute monologue about how the Duke superteam concept is the best choice for these recruits. Just a disgusting, bald-faced recruiting pitch.

They had the gall to argue that Cam Reddish improved his stock by playing at Duke. From the beginning of the season until now he has fallen in every mock draft, so that’s just objectively false.

But what are you gonna do? These are the same guys who thought John Wall played for the 38-0 Kentucky team.

Maxey seems like the only one who cares for the West. Hell of a scorer and picks up defense full court. Why is McDaniels on the East? I don't get these locals for each guy. How many dunks and layups did the East have? Wiseman didn't seem to have any presence inside at all.

I honestly think we could have gone undefeated with Zion. Look at how Dook looked without him and how we are without him. Imagine adding him to our squad. Dook is garbage with just the #2 and #3 player LOL.

I wanted to watch this because I need an appetizer before the games start back up tomorrow night, but I’ve had about all I can take.

I tried also but gave up after about 5 minutes. During the entire time I had it on not once did they focus on what was happening on the court. It was non stop rambling. I get more entertainment walking out on the lanai to watch the chameleons catch bugs.

Agree wholeheartedly. Coach K is the most overrated coach of my entire lifetime. Unbelievable how much they suck a mediocre coach's ***.

Hope people don’t get discouraged about Whitney. He’s not really a big time scorer and works better as a high energy role player. He is still putting his game together as a SF, he’s a lot like Poythress but further along as a sf and shooter and plays hard on defense

I only saw a couple minutes and yeah, my first thought was I wasn't really impressed. I tempered that with the fact that you can't really glean too much from these games. Some great players have not done much in them and some lesser players have great games. From what I did see though, Maxey looked pretty good.

Constant energy, best defender in class, killer instinct, talker, going to be leader on day 1 for us, which is exactly what we've lacked the past few years.

Starting 5 will be

1- Nembhard
2- Locke
3- Lewis
4- Johnson
5- Bassett

Mann spelling the guards, Stokes, Gak, Omar Payne spelling the bigs, plus whoever we get as transfers now that Stone, Okauru, and Ballard are transferring out.

Bassett is really going to struggle. With the injury issues Florida's frontcourt had this past year, it hurts losing Keith Stone.

Bassett, Gak, Stokes, and Payne in the frontcourt is very weak.

I’ve watched the Samuelson kid 7 times now and he has been very impressive with his moves and basketball IQ every single time. Going to surprise a lot of people who don’t know who he is next season, plays a lot like Tobias Harris. Likely a two or three year kid but wouldn’t surprise me if he plays his way into the first round right outside the lotto or in the lotto

He would really benefit with Nwora coming back next year to take the pressure off him.

Don't fool yourself. Going forward Carolina is going to be elite from here on out or at least until their next big scandal. With the academic thing out of the way UNC is back in both high level recruiting and on the basketball court.
