Rosters this year are poorly balanced. Other than Wiseman, who admittedly doesn't have much of a motor, 4 or the 5 best players are in the East and it really shows. Also Nico Mannion is not much of a PG and is getting destroyed by Anthony. The west team looks completely disorganized as such.

Nico is actually a very good pg, Cole is just a super elite pg and ranked top 3 for a reason. Elite players tend to make very good players look worse than they are, more so when the elite player is also elite on defense

The teams are poorly balanced, No way should they have been a backcourt of Anthony and Edwards on the same team for a game like this.

I hope like hell that Whitney makes me facepalm every time he touches the ball. I want him to be GREAT! I assure you that I want nothing more than to see our guys ball out but Whitney has yet to show much of anything other than bad hands and a very rough handle.

True, he doesn't suck but there is an unhealthy gap at PG. I think Maxey looks better running the point and he's not a PG.
Additionally my opinion of Hurt is going through the roof. He's much better than I thought. I am in the midst of moving him ahead of McDaniel on my wish list.
Not watching. No idea what's going on. Just want to tell people to not expect Khalil and Maxey to be world beaters. They are still freshman in a new system playing at the next level. So hopefully when (not if) they need some time to adjust, we don't go off the rails.

Went to the Derby Classic one year where Shagari Allene dominated and Francisco Garcia looked so bad that we were literally laughing at him. You can't take anything from these games.

I’ve watched the Samuelson kid 7 times now and he has been very impressive with his moves and basketball IQ every single time. Going to surprise a lot of people who don’t know who he is next season, plays a lot like Tobias Harris. Likely a two or three year kid but wouldn’t surprise me if he plays his way into the first round right outside the lotto or in the lotto
So here is how it goes with fans.....fans player plays bad “past player played bad so it means nothing”. Player going to another team plays bad “he’s overrated, fat,”. Player going to fans team “see he’s underrated, what he’s doing will translate”. Player going to another team plays well “ he’s a ball hog, selfish, this game doesn’t mean much”
