"What Really Happened." (John Wall)
"The Door."
"Where is Donna Smith?"

For those that do not remember it was a year that UK was eliminated from the NCAA Tournament and she was photographed on ESPN in the stands watching Michigan St. play. That picture of her was photoshopped like crazy. [laughing]

What about the one after the 2014 Tourney game against Louisville. It had a link to a Uavel thread where the guy took still images from the game video and posted a very long thread of them to prove how UK fouled them X times and didn’t get called and the pics of Uavel getting called for nonexistent fouls.

Edited to correct the year (not 2012 but 2014)

The one where the UK fan saw the NCAA website was accidentally opened for a few hours and he ended up downloading thousands of their files hoping to catch them in some random form of corruption.

When the poster asked "why does Digger have dirt on his forehead?" and it was Ash Wednesday. I always finds myself chuckling at that one. It went for several pages beforw the mods killed it.

Its a toss up between the door or the hacking of a try to be sly author of an article. Guy wrote an article on some random website and tried to post it here acting like he wasnt the author....... then someone managed to hack him and released pics of his wife and the entire thread got more and more hilarious. Shocked the mods let it go for a few days and sad they finally deleted the thread. I'd say its been 7 years now but man it was hilarious.

But nothing tops the Main rivals board thread of uncovering UNCfaninKy's fake wife...

That was Brian and they posted a pic of his wife eating fondue.

An underrated thread from back in the Billy Clyde days was a kid who started a thread about what a great player he was and UK was recruiting him. He looked like someone who would be the last player picked on a playground team but he was adamant he was great. :joy:

Didn’t he write that up as an article and create a fake news website to try to make it look legit?

There was another one that I don't recall if it was on Rupp's Rafters or The Paddock but it was a guy who kept posting pics saying he was a taxidermist and they were some of his work. They were horrible and everyone began posting pics of bad taxidermy work saying he had done it for him. Some hilarious stuff in that thread.

Extremely unpopular opinion here, but....

“The Door” stuff is overrated and I didn’t find it funny/entertaining.

My sides hurt from laughing at all the John Wall photoshops. That gets my vote.

Could someone please spin some of us newbies up on the some of these?
The Door was waiting for Cal to walk out of Memphis. We watched a video for hours to see him leave and come to UK.

The Applebees one was some guy selling "authentic jerseys" out of his trunk at an Applebees parking lot. You can guess how that went.

The John Wall one really took off with a bunch of talented posters posting Wall in funny and historical pictures. A true classic.

The Cats are awesome, but nothing “Great” ever comes from this board. It’s the worst.

That was epic. But it was after the sweet 16 matchup in 2014.

Thanks...I couldn't remember. 2012 didn't sound right. You'd think I'd remember since I'm the person who actually started that thread. lol
I forgot you started it. But I added pure gold to it. I went to the Michigan site two days later after we beat them and there was a Louisville fan who posted, and I'm paraphrasing here, "sorry guys, we know how you feel. You all got screwed over just like we did." And literally every Michigan fan cussed him and said no, we got screwed last year against you guys in the championship game. You got away with fouling us the whole game and we got terrible calls like when Trey Burke blocked Silva cleanly and a foul was called. They all told him to get the f!?k off their board.

They had literally just lost to us in the elite 8 and none of them were saying it was a badly called game. But when that Louisville person posted what I said above they went off on him like crazy. It was beautiful thread you started and people just kept finding ignorant or flat out hilarious things l Louisville fans had said or done. I'd love to see that thread again.

Thanks man. Now that you mention it, I DO remember your post with the link to the UM board. I read the whole thread! That was quality entertainment right there! :fistbump:

That thread was great! The amount he tried to still fake it and the photoshops of her.
