Yep.
It’s wild in an Aircraft because you aren’t on your feet so you don’t recognize it right away. Just feels like you’re in a bank (when you’re straight and level) so you try to correct it and add counter controls. Real easy to fly yoursself into the ground without realizing it.
Typically gets brought on in Low vis situations without many visual cues outside the cockpit, like Night/NVG (road lights in the distance can suddenly look like a horizon) or in the clouds. Only way to come out of it is to focus on your instrument readings and trust your eyes instead of what your body is feeling.
