I'm OK with eating the whistle in college ball. That was a fun half. The flopping ****, however, can GGF'd all up in it's ***.

So far, so good.

Controlling the glass, controlling the pace, controlling the game.

The only chance Tennessee has is if John takes the air out of the ball.

If Travis isn’t going to play the 2nd half he needs to sit. This should be the one game this year where he gives it hell, but he’s been dog ****.

Pleasantly surprised with the whistle. Other than that flop by Williams the very first min, no complaints really.

Hagans has been solid. Was worried about him the most coming into this game.

I can’t recall ever seeing a player of Williams caliber spend more time pulling ***** moves. That **** is usually reserved for slow little huzzies that can’t play. That **** has no place in a game like this, refs just need to quit calling it

Crossing my fingers the game is called the same in the 2nd half and the refs don’t all of a sudden feel the need to start calling ********.

Yeah all of that ******** about him be recruited to go against UT. He is responsible for all of Williams points. Has 2 rebounds. Do better.

Like dK, I was thinking "we played great, how are we only up 6?" Shot lights-out, won the rebound battle...

UT had 2 turnovers... and didn't shoot so badly themselves.

We'll need the crowd to give a boost at some point.

Feels like we should be up more. UT is solid and they’re getting good looks.

Travis is fine. Getting loose balls that the other guys might not get. Unfortunately he just isn’t athletic enough to make more of a difference than that. He’s a possession changer/keeper and that’s about it.

The D needs to attack that screener on the ball screen. Our boys look like they are allowing themselves to get swallowed up by the ball screen. The rotation away from the ball has been good. Help the helper and such.

Tennessee has a great mid-range game and they don't waste time in quickly in capitalizing on those 2nd chance points. Kentucky gets a lot of second ops (has all year) but they dick around and don't take advantage of the disorganization the way UT does. Just a really smart/efficient team.

Reid is fine. He has been occupying Williams on the offensive end and forcing them to play PJ undersized. He is basically a defensive tackle out there tonight occupying space and letting other dudes do their thing.

Keep Bone from getting paint touches and Tennessee’s offense will struggle. Basically the only way they’re getting open looks is from over rotating on help-side...

So many of these refs want to stand out. Including Sirmons. Well guess what? In the first half these officials all stood out. They all crushed it, and came off like champs. Because they swallowed their whistles and let the stars be stars. More of that and less of all the other nonsense.
