So, it's everyone's opinion that if we had Udoka, who put Reid in check last year, we still would have lost? Anyway congratulations on the win.

Come on. If Udoka didn't go down. We would have won this game.
You say that as if it's a foregone conclusion. It's not like UK has nothing in the frontcourt. UK played the way they did today because they knew they'd have the edge down low. If Azubuike had played the game plan may have been different. But obviously, making guesses at this point is pointless.

So it’s your opinion that if DeAaron Fox hadn’t severely twisted his ankle against South Carolina, which happened right before the Kansas game in Rupp, and who also was drafted before and starts in the NBA before Frank Mason, that we still would have lost to you guys?

Let it out. I can take it. :) You were due after the past three years. ;)

So you want to cherry pick history of the series by mentioning the past 3 years....

Let's look at the entire history....

UK 23
KU 9

Yes, that is butt whoopin if i have ever seen one.

And you guys have played 150 MORE games than we have and still trail in all time wins....Thats really hard to do...

It was 19-3 UK before Bill Self got there, our only losses were the blowout vs ol Roy and a I think a couple vs Ted Owens.

If Philbert Wilberforce hadn't fallen out of a Model T and been in traction for two years, Lackawanna State might have been named by the Helms Bread company the champs of 1922 and 1923, and 40 percent of the banners in Phog Allen would be gone.

What was up with Vick tonight? He was an absolute non factor. Kansas goes as he goes. Of course grimes, and the Lawson’s looked good. Give McCormick a few years and dude will be a really good player

This thread is outright savage.

Well done. [laughing]

*** If @Nooneputsbabyinacorner didn't stand up for Kansas like a duck in the sahara looking for a lake during the first FBI trial, then I don't think she would have been called out this bad. Hell... even Self was ready to admit a violation was committed a few weeks ago to get De Sousa back on the court.

Too bad the Big XXII sucks this year. If they are going to get away with cheating, then I hope they lose every game too. How many years in a row now has there been a player declared ineligible BEFORE the season starts? 1 is too many, imo, but Kansas is like 20 or something it feels like. Always some drama.

I wasn't cherry picking. Simply stating you all were due for a win.

Well, of course I couldn't say with certainty that we would have won, but we were 9-0 with Udoka and there really isn't a player on Kentucky's current roster who is 7 foot and 285 pounds who could put a body on him or stop him from scoring in the post.

To be honest, on a neutral court, I'll take KU in a rematch. It would be a close game, because I think our two teams are evenly matched.

So frustrating. He looked disinterested outside the beginning of the game. PJ Washington and Keldon Johnson were MVP's for Kentucky yesterday. I won't give Reid any credit, because I think he should have fouled out in the first half. ;)

I wish he would have played. If the game got close all we had to do was foul him. He can’t hit a free throw to save his life. As I said in an earlier post, we are better than Kansas this year.
