Refs are bad and all, but those fouls and our FT shooting won that one. Big win and nice to see KJ and Herro in great form!

Yet somehow the best, most-skilled, and most-athletic players, always seem to have no problem getting to the rim without charging. And if they get cut off, they seem to do a good job of making the pass to the player left open who was covered by the help defender.

Secondly, there's what, a couple charges per game? If that? Most of the offensive fouls are when the guy penetrating pushes off with his forearm. Is that okay now too? Should we just make this a layup line?

Here's a thought... be skilled enough so that if you do beat your man, be good enough to look ahead and see if you need to dunk it, pull up for an 8 footer, or pass to an open man. Sorry basketball is challenging.

Still a dumbass.

Virginia was down 7 with 58 secs left and it took them 20 seconds to get a shot off [eyeroll]. Same awful Virginia offense, no thanks.

Virginia looks a little better equipped to handle the pressure cooker this year than they have the last 4-5, however...

MY COLUMN: is actually the one on the right.

No urgency from Virginia when they fell behind. In the last minute you can't pass it 8 times to get a shot.

As a Boone County Rebel, I’ve taken a lot of **** for a mascot that was chosen by students in 1955 to be the James Dean “Rebel Without a Cause” Rebel and then perverted into the Confederate Rebel somewhere along the way.

So this CovCath den of villiany being exposed on a national level is pretty A-OK, IMO. TBH, I saw this coming when their entire 4x200 team bleached their hair like Slim Shady for regionals in ‘00. Writing was on the wall.

Virginia's best win is against Va. Tech, who were ranked so high because their best win was against a (then ranked) Maryland team. Maybe fool's gold? Who knows, but I wouldn't trust a Tony Bennett offense any more than I would a UVA team in the same bracket as MSU. That being said, Duke would have lost by 15 to Auburn at Auburn tonight.

On that chart, UVA avg seed 3.33

AVG seed of team that beat them: 8

2 losses as the higher seed were both losses to Florida. UVA failed to score 46 points in both games

Virginia lost by 2 vs Duke in Cameron :joy: What a bunch of losers.

^ [laughing] See what I’m sayin? Isn’t that the newest (or close) arena in the SEC? My kindergarten badminton team locker room was bigger than that. Has to be intentional.

Virginia can ead.

My dad, stepdad, and youngest brothers went to Cov Cath. Not a good look for the alumni for sure. People are stupid.

This dog dad had to say good bye to his 17 year old dachshund last night. We had him for 15 years which is all but 6 months of my relationship with my wife. Devastated is an understated word. I'm glad we won but my heart isn't there right now.

- I love being a part of BBN - saw an older fella blued out at dinner last night and shared a quick chat about today’s game. Just awesome being a part of something bigger than yourself.

- I suppose love, but can’t come up with much else to match the euphoria of seeing snow pouring in, knowing school would be called off in the morning.

- I never gave up but still surprised I’m here 3 months later after seeing Duke murk us in person. Besides those bastards, I don’t think anyone wants to see us in March.
