Well he kept the bumper stickers just to the windows so I guess it's his way of saying I'm not completely batshit crazy but almost. Any flair for you car should be somewhere between 0-2. Anything exceeding that and as that number increases the crazy quotient expands at the same rate.

Look bud, I didn't take the picture. I was told it was in Owensboro. I don't go to Mellow Mushroom downtown every five seconds so I didn't dissect if it was for sure Owensboro or not. I just took the person who texted it to me at their word.
Regardless, I'm fairly sure that the picture occurred. Whether it was in Owensboro or not, it looks to have happened. Keep digging though and I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it. And when you do, strike a match and DIAF.

Typically, when a picture has gone viral all over the internet and someone reposts the image saying it was somewhere else or someone else, you can do a reverse image search and see where it has been coming from. I didn't see anything.
