2nd week in May.->Labor Day. IMO, a Christmas wedding would be less offensive than a Derby Wedding in Lexington or Louisville.

I really don't care, when they booked it the only obstacle was an away UL game and we should beat the piss out of them anyway. I'd think a Peach Bowl isn't our most likely landing spot anyhow.

Weddings imo are stupid wastes of money. But to girls it’s the most important day in their lives. EVERYTHING MUST BE PERFECT

I consider myself lucky to have secured the rights to book the band and be in charge of the bar, which with food are probably the most important items.

And sneaking it in end of December, I get the tax break for 2018:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Exactly how I told bae it had to be bro

You OWNED her on the decorative pillows, the retro chalkboard in the kitchen with cutesy sayings and quotes, the fashionable drapery, the matching bed sets, the $500 stand mixer, the unnecessary throw blankets, and the wide array of candle scentings.

Way to man up, brah. #respectknucks

I love candles and soft blankies. I also love weddings...when I don’t have multiple in one month.

Regarding the Dixieland Delight & Neck stuff..

No. I can’t imagine MilqueToast’s reaction. He’d **** himself.

The CATS keep it up and whether MilqueToast likes likes it or not they need to make Waka Flocka Flame playing at a pregame concert happen. :fire::fire::fire:

Weddings are whenever the female wants them to be, unfortunately.

Totally agree. As long as that date is between Derby and Labor Day. That being said, I have a buddy/UK alumn i who is having their wedding this weekend.
The fine doc could have gotten married this past May if he would have asked her in a more timely fashion.

Any of you guys going to Breeders Cup at Churchill in a couple of weeks? Just had a business partner invite me and the Mrs for both Friday and Saturday. I said yes until checking the calendar. Forgot I already had plans on the November 3rd. UGA plans. Hope it wasn't rude to accept and then say no, but it's the SEC East dude. Anyways, Friday at Breeders, hit me up for some bourbon drinks if any of you fools are there.

Gassnola, a former AAU director from Springfield, Massachusetts, testified last week that he paid $90,000 to former Kansas player Billy Preston's mother and that he also agreed to pay $20,000 to De Sousa's guardian, Fenny Falmagne, to help him "get out from under" a pay-for-play scheme to send De Sousa to Maryland.

"I don't remember the words, but Fenny told me he was under this umbrella from the [Maryland] booster," Gassnola testified Monday.

On Aug. 9, 2017, Townsend texted Gassnola and wrote, "Coach Self just talked to Fenny let me know how it goes."

A few hours later, Gassnola texted Self: "Hall of Fame. When you have 5 minutes and your [sic] alone call me."

Later that night, after Self hadn't responded, Gassnola texted him again: "I talked with Fenny."

"We good," Self asked via text.

"Always," Gassnola replied. "That's [sic] was light work. Ball is in his court now."

----------------------------------------

The government also introduced text messages between Preston and his mother, Nicole Player, in which she seems to instruct her son to deny knowledge about the purchase of an automobile he wrecked on the Kansas campus shortly after enrolling there in 2017.

On Nov. 13, 2017, Preston texted his mother and told her, "The NCAA dude just came to my floor. ... He said something about my car and how it's bought in [Florida] and all that."

She replied: "Tell him you don't know where it was bought. ... Your mom and nana handled that."

"You don't know," she continued. "[I don't care] what they say to you ... YOU DON'T KNOW."

After Preston replied, "GOT YOU," she wrote: "If they ask you about a person say, "I don't know ... I would have to see their face."

After everything thrown at UK/Cal they can all go get f*cking pumped. The rules, as dumb as they may be, are still in place. Kansas has always been one of "those" schools under Self that landed the shady guys. Same with Miller/Zona.

Does that Mean K/Capel, Cal/WWW/Antigua, Roy and whoever their guys aren't doing the same ****? No. But until they are caught in text messages acknowledging the cheating. GGP.

I'll gladly take the #1 contender for our title this year having to answer questions all year.

Lol. Unreal.

Text and email is amazing.

Still not convinced any of that is real. Nobody is named Fenny Falmagne or Nicole Player. Gassnola. Yea right.

Kind of surprised Anth hasn’t chimed in on formal footwear, guess since Rudd has already spoke he knows his place.
Absolutely. I don't know anything about formal wear. Not going to pretend. Takes the right dude to pull of the velvet IMO and I'd stay classic if pressed.

Unreal. You can’t make this **** up. Parrish spins this to Self was just showing everyone how Duke, UNC, & UK get recruits via Nike.

Good grief, journalist dweebs. A 12 piece breaded, side of onion rings & domesto pitcher will probably run you 22.00 with tip. Get your employer to provide you with a corporate card of meal stipend for the Peach Jam.
