No matter how long I live in Florida I’ll tell people, “I live here but I’m from Kentucky.” What’s wrong with that?

My oldest daughter was born in Ft Walton Beach FL, & lived a couple of other places before we moved back to KY, but she would never say she was from Florida. She is a KY girl because she lived the most important part of her life here.
Brad most likely doesn’t even remember New Jersey. The majority of his life has been spent in Kentucky where he graduated high school and attends college. I feel that he thinks that saying he is from KY would make him less in some way. I resent that when Kentucky has given him so much that frankly he may not deserve. What about a little gratitude to the state that has given him so much.

I guess you don’t see an adoptive parent as a real parent either?

Madness is great...but it sucks.

Wildcatchad31 gets it. :100points:

Even my wife, who loves to watch Matthew Mitchell dance and is trying to learn all the new players' names, wanted to shut it off midway through the three point contest.

Oh well. It is awesome that 24,000 show up for Madness and whatnot, but other than Calipari's speech there isn't really anything to see for Smart:basketball:fan, especially after the Bahamas.

Withthatsaid, how about Calipari's speech, eh? It seemed to me like he was telling UK fans that he plans to be here as long as fans aren't too big a pain in his ***.

Joe B. said it best when asked how long he thinks Calipari will be here: "As long as they keep paying him 8 million dollars a year."

Damn straight.

It’s whatever with Brad, guard rotation is deep he’s not getting meaningful minutes...Cal missed out on a lot of father/son time on UK’s dollar and now he gets to recoup some on UK’s dollar.

However, you do wish the kid would show a little more self awareness. When he’s 35 I believe he’ll want to erase a lot of internet content from his time here.

Did he do something last night that I missed?

Shew what a day yesterday.

Absolute perfection at Keeneland. Crisp enough for the suits but not too cold to stress the lasses.

Little trip over to WLEX to discuss the issues with Mathew Harper Jones. Had a blast. I’m sure some heads exploded.

Tony’s for dinner, the big table upstairs makes a huge difference in sound. Could actually hear each other speak. My steak was over cooked, thanks Anth.

Belles’s After. Never disappoints, it’s so choice.

Just a word to the wise for those attending Keeneland today, have heard Versailles Rd and New Circle will be shut down from 5-7 for Potus.

God, just inject this Louisville football season directly into my veins. Watching Bobby stand there slack-jawed week after week, trying to figure out where it all went wrong while he runs our rival program right into the ground to thank them for burning any moral compass they might have had to hire the man they hate most in the world is, as the kids say, "what I am here for."

Do I normally tune in to Louisville games? Am I that kind of obsessed fan? No, I'm not, but life is short, and I'm not in the business of turning down blowjobs from the sports gods.

I tracked down the clip, nice job, Doc.

Matt, love the show, but the virtual set looks like a knock off of Mitchell and Webb’s post apocalyptic quiz show, “REMAIN INDOORS.”

I might take one of these college football afternoons to mess around and make a new one for ya as I have extensive TV backdrop set experience and opinions. YWIA.

Kirby Shart.

Unbelievable how inept they look, and Fromm is rivaling Terry Touchdown for terrible game of the season. *

*This remark does not mean I don’t want TT as our QB. Just that he had a bad day where a great defense got in his head.

Edit: Lol, I was behind on the game when I posted this and of course after I did Fromm makes two beautiful throws resulting in a TD.
