I know it’s simpleton fan 101 to call for the backup QB at the first sign of adversity...but, man, Terry looks shell shocked, running, passing, etc.

I still think he is the guy going forward but he has some bouncing back to do, we cannot waste this defense and running attack trying to bring back a QB who has lost his nerve. Should be a short leash against Vandy.

Alabama has been one dimensional on offense and great on defense in the past and it serves them well. Not saying 2018 UK is Alabama in the last few years at all. But if your run game is your strength, then run the freaking ball. This wasn’t the time to try and show balance. Go out there and smash people. Then once in a while, hit Conrad or Baker for a 12-15 yard slant and keep people honest.

UK got away from it’s strength on purpose, not out of necessity. They didn’t have to throw the ball in order to catch up. It was crazy

The Mizz game is concerning but they have no defense. We do

They need to figure out wth they want do offensively . You wanna just drop back in the pocket all the time that’s fine then Hoak is probably the better option. Wilson is very talented kid but is still lacking some poise and awareness out there. Use his talents more and roll him out some plays run some more mis-direction stuff between Wilson, Bowden, and Benny.

7 and 1? I dont see how anyone can look at last night and be confident we win our next two.
Eh. You're going to need a hellish front 7 and stud RB to beat us on the road. Not to mention a nice bye week and a pissed off Benny. I'm not sure a pass first team is the key to beating us.

I just think it's hard to put it all on him unless he was changing the plays at the line.

We didnt exactly win on first down situations and 2nd down seemed to be the time we decided to jump early or get a holding penalty to put us way behind the chains. Terry was really bad- but he wasnt alone.

On the other side of the ball... Josh Allen getting to the QB and then breaking up a pass to the end zone on back to back plays has to make these NFL guys drool. Pay the man his money.

I don't have any problem with sticking with Terry Wilson on the road against a good team and letting him fight through adversity.

I do have a giant problem with sticking with Terry Wilson of he is going to run the ball like a coward in a winnable game in crunch time.

Everything about UFC is embarrassing.
You okay with boxing? Wrestling? Jiu-Jitsu? But if you put them all together in a showcase it’s embarrassing? I get people not liking it but Christ, don’t be a hypocrite about it.

We just watched last week a bunch of grown men, with children at home most likely, beating the **** out of each other in cargos and football jerseys at a bengals game and that happens every week.

The actual sport is ok but UFC is awful. Especially the fans and Dana White. Like I said, it's embarrassing and full of trash. The big dude's interview was pretty great though.

I’m not really sure what happened but we didn’t run a single wildcat run play, no play action quick toss to Conrad up the middle, Benny got the ball 13 times, and at least 5 times Terry easily had a first down and just laid up.

As much as people might be pissed at Terry for going full blown pussboi, the coaches should be flat out embarrassed when they watch the tape on this game.

It’s one thing to go conservative on the road in the SEC, but it’s a whole different ball game when you preach conservative until your kids are flat out scared to make a play.

Also it should be designed every game that Hoak gets a set of downs in the first quarter just in case we want to use him later in the game when we need to actually throw the ball.

The playcalls when UK got the ball back with two minutes left were incredibly bad.

“Oh ****, running the ball worked”

“Better stop that and pass”

“****, the clock is moving. Call timeout”

“Uh, let’s play for OT but dial up a pass”

“Woah, we got nothing and now we have to give it back to them”

Derp.

Exactly. If you don’t want to take the timeouts and play for overtime that’s fine but don’t bleed the clock and then throw a pass.

We’ve haven’t been in a position all year that it mattered until last night but Stoops clock manament is still awful.

I like that he makes it a big event as well, but I watched ten minutes and couldn’t watch another jumper in the shoot around.

-Pro Day, loved that they all ranted about how serious these guys are, dogs, work ethic, etc. That's not always the case and Greenberg is one of the first to mention it(I'm sure it's fed by Cal). Everyone got pissed when we compared this group to 2014 but these guys seem WAY more focused preseason. That group had more talent but no one even close to leadership like Johnson and Travis.

-Sounds like Maxey is getting serious about recruiting the bigs. Can't be a bad thing since he seems to be one of the most popular dudes in the class.

-Feeling better about the loss. Amazing that we were even in the f*cking thing. Get a good 2 weeks of rest and recoup and lets truck Vandy.
*Patchwork O-Line with Jackson missing 1/2. <-Difference in the game and I assume why we were scared to run.
*Penalty after penalty.
*Benny not getting the ball.
*Wilson playing poorly.

-Is he just trying to save the other kickers ship? Not having the leg for 42 yard kick is a real problem.

-What about Edwards and West? Lawd those dudes are nasty.

-Lows in the 30's next week. :weary::( 5 months of miserable, depressing, **** weather and short days. bull-f*cking-shite. I hate all of you specifically wildcatchad and bbdk. Move to Wisconsin you two Nordic fat ankles.

-Smashburgers are always a hit.

The dude must be garbage, too. He's got 4 free games. Saturday would have been a great time to use him.

If that pos kicker comes back out after these 2 weeks...well, fire Mitch. That's just stupid.

[laughing] Here we go with his averages again. It was 92 here, equaling the record in 1959. Aside from that it was “average”.

It was the hottest October weekend since 2010. But yeah, let’s just skip right over Fall, the grandest season of them all.

You’re awful. October 8th and you’re already crying about January weather. I hope we have the worst winter of ALL TIME.

We no longer have spring or fall anymore. It doesnt need to go from a high of 87 on Saturday to weather in the 30s on GD Thursday. That’s awful for everyone and it’s a complete mental and physical clustertouch . It’s awful, what the hell happened to a gradual fall and spring, which used to be the best seasons. It’s like our weather is mimicking our politics.

UK football gets no respect. Seems everyone outside of the Commonwealth has already forgotten how we handled Florida a few weeks back.

OT losses on the road to a Top 25 team and we drop 5.

Adrian is really awful at stats. Embarrassing even.

Nope.

You argued w/ ABH and I for a solid week about how this summer was "average" as far as temps are concerned.

12 more extreme heat days than last year, and 16 more than "average", which was your calling card all summer long. Like sports, you'd be better off leaving weather to MCF.

Again, it's mid-July weather in October, but knock yourself out crying about the fact that, yes, the season will *eventually* (maybe?) change and you will be completely miserable. Can't wait.
