UT and Nebraska. Both schools are shells of themselves. I think UT can get it back quicker than Nebraska, but it’s not necessarily imminent. Nebraska may never get back to prominence, and I like Frost. It’s just that people have realized it’s . . . Nebraska, man.

We did a small job for a guy that used to work here. This was at a dental sales company. Small one around 6K. It gets done in a week. Ask for payment. "Oh, we are on a net 60 pay schedule". I can't wait until we use him to teach a CE class and he wants his check.

-Currently chasing 150K insurance check from Chubb around the country. We got the roof on fast which is a lot of upfront money. Then they start hemming and hawing on getting payment issued. We have been finished for 7 weeks now. They keep telling me the check has been sent to the healthcare facility. Turns out they mailed it to a healthcare facility in NC. They didn't know what to do with the check so they mailed it somewhere in NJ. Finally convinced Chubb to cancel that check and to overnight it by Friday. Just ridiculous the games they play. I do love tracking down money though

Can't believe this post wasn't krazykats

I get it’s GYERO and all, plenty of things are in jest but way too many people are just dicks to chief. Guy’s honestly a really, really nice guy as far as I know him.

Hey you giant soft fagg@t, why don't you and Bristol cat go start a kinder gentler gyero somewhere. I'm done with these new gaffots telling us what words we shouldn't use and how mean we are. GTFO out of here with that ****.

As soon as Nebraska abandoned the wishbone/flex/whatever, it became a Dead Man Walking.

My biggest and oldest customer that is creeping up on a year and 6 figures+ is laughing at this net 60 pay schedule nonsense. (I wish I were joking)

-45 days is common in my sector. Im waiting 60+ days to recover the 1st week of outlay on any particular job...every billing cycle. So you end up serving as a finace company of sorts...i manage a good sized firm with plenty of cash, but its still weird to finance a project for the likes of Barnes&Noble/Amazon/Walmart/Kroger/McD"s and such. It's SOP.

-my gripe is with close out. The 5-10% retention at the end of a project should be paid with in 45 days of operation in/takeover of a building. It rarely is.

^sorry bout that very specific and uninteresting post.

3-1 sitting w/ SAE, all in *very* dramatic fashion.

Wins include: UofL S16 comeback in Indy, Impossible UofL win in PJ vs. Lamar, Improbable last second Miss St win 2 years ago.

...only loss was the last second FG defeat to UGA in '16.

-not deadbeats...just playing the game. At one point Walmart was easily building 100 stores per year at a cost of 7-10 mil excluding dirtwork. Holding on to 10% retention for an extra month for each of those projects will yield a ton of interest...or at least save them the cost of buying money for a bit.

-if someone/small business has trouble and cant pay...so be it, doing business is risky and im sure they would rather be able to pay than to struggle. The rub is massive corps/govt agencies keeping the money of small/midsize businesses for an exorbitant amout of time...just because they can. Harrumph.

I tried for years but rogue finally wore me down. He's very resilient for a dense gaffot, I'll give him that.

What did his screen name used to be? I can't even remember anymore . . .

Maybe I'm thinking of when he changed to Saltlife Rooster.
I started when a friend showed me catspause at LCC as rogue mocha while I was bar tending at Pazzo’s. Hence the name. I also realized that rafters was full of barely literate internet people.

Switched to saltliferooster after I got banned for telling John blue or someone he would one day be dead or something stupid. True story, he’ll be dead one day but not because of me. Once the illustrated part came in I switched back like Tommy and some of the gang.

shut up you old loser. Jesus Christ, grow up man. If you think anyone on the internet cares if you call them a fagg@t anymore well, you’re showing your age. Also, new? I’ve been on this site for at least a decade.

As soon as Nebraska abandoned the wishbone/flex/whatever, it became a Dead Man Walking.
It also probably conincided with the banning of forcing everyone to juice up on your squad. Also, what young black man is moving to Nebraska?

- Vegas. I love this city. Have only really gone out twice since being here. Last night being one of them. Fremont ---> Gamble ---> three strip clubs. Quick shower, 8am meeting.

I have ZERO discipline when I do end up going out here. Which is a problem since I'm here until the second week of November.

- robzcats

- JPuck was the first GYEROer I ever met.

- Not big on the green, but the dispensaries are the ****. Pop a couple gummies and zone out after work.

- UK Football Cats by 1.

* Had a career first — two outside parties I work with were arrested over the weekend. One of which I waxed, although that fact did not appear in the news story. Fraud, forging documents, etc. Can’t be good for their respective careers, but has been fantastic for industry gossip fodder.

What’s confusing? I started on the site catpause when a friend of mine showed it to me at Lexington community college. When I signed up, I made my username roguemocha after my favorite beer at the time. I worked at Pazzo’s during college. ...Hence the name.

Ok, now that you included the part about the beer, makes more sense.

Been taking grammar lessons from Anth?

I thought saltliferooster got run from the boards for giving the guy **** in the thread about how he annually honors his deceased brother by generously tipping a waitress or something. That was you wasn’t it?

- Perfect night outside - lass and I walked up the street and had a drink on a patio.

- Can we knock it off with the Me Too mocks in here. Yeah hilarious mocking the left, but there are plenty of women speaking out against actual assault. Certainly, some of you toughguy meatheads know women who’ve been assaulted.

Definitely not why. I just switched back once everyone said that all the usernames were open again. Why would I, a ****** lowlife bartender, insult someone for tipping?

Highly recommend The Rewatchables Bill Simmons movie podcasts. Might be the best thing he's ever done. Great way to pass the time...been driving back and forth to Indy the past 2 weeks for work...and have listened to 5 or 6 of them. Listened to Jaws today...phenomenal.
