I was rushed via the ambulance. I was blacked out for some reason. I HAD A SEIZURE At the hospital. Given meds for that. Automatically admitted.

My Audubon Hospital nurse on the 4th floor me gave all of my medicine... including morphine and my night medicine at 5 pm,

I HAD 2 SEIZURES after that.

Two nurses tried to say I didn't have a 3rd seizure because I fell out again. When I woke up they said I tried to kill myself.

Lawd knows I would NEVER do such a thing. I was mad and wanted to leave. Stepmom picked me up and took me home. My roommate said I was incoherent af when I got there. SO the ambulance came back.

This time I was admitted to ER security because EMS was told I was SUICIDAL AGAIN! I was admitted to fake 6th floor where I was restrained with cuffs and beaten by staff. (pics later)After they were done they said, "Happy Friday the 14th,"

I got moved to a different floor after that. I'm only able to post this because my stepmom brought me my laptop and an aid who used to work for GEEKSQAD.

Hopefully they find out what went wrong and I PRAY I get out soon.:cry:

They just gave me another Baclofen. I just told the nurse I don't think I should be taking those.

Showed her this:
https://www.everydayhealth.com/drugs/baclofen

A typical dose schedule is:
  • 20 mg three times a day for the next three days
  • The usual daily dose is 40 to 80 mg. The maximum dose should not be higher than 80 mg a day.
  • Baclofen Overdose
An overdose of baclofen can cause:
    • Nausea
    • Vomiting
    • Severe muscle weakness
    • Drowsiness
    • Difficulty breathing
    • Coma
    • Seizure

  • i've had 6 or maybe 7 of those when I've fallen out. "Mr. Cindog" is worried sick. He's in business in Seymour, IN and can't leave. I dunno. I'm scared.
P.S. Add Morphin, Kepra (seizures), and Xifaxan (To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria)

We are with you.
In the room.

So is your husband.

Hand in hand. We won’t leave you until you’re home.

He knows. He's on a business trip in Seymour, IN. I don't know if he's on his way or not. Our communication was cut off by these people.

If you believe she/he was beaten by staff you'll believe anything. Won't dispute Cindy needs help badly. In some psychiatric unit.
I'm in room 5223. Wanna see the bruises? When my cell phone charges I'll post pictures.

If you had seizures, fell and had to be restrained bruises would be normal. Beaten up by staff. Hope I'm not on your jury.

Cindog, remember some one you trusted before all this started and trust them now even if you feel you can’t. As you know drugs can induce seizure and altered mental states. I’ve first hand that the mind can impose very powerful perceived realities. That’s why you need that person of trust till this passes.

That said, don’t threaten legal action. Have that trusted person gather evidence like the pictures. Review it when this passes and then decide on the best course. If things get severe, have that trusted friend retain an attorney and have them review the data on hand.

Like every one here, i am hoping for the best outcome for you.

Sounds like you understand your medications pretty well but I'd look at all of them closely and research interactions yourself. Not that I don't trust professionals but I was losing my voice over the past several months and I sing in a quartet. I finally did enough research and it turns out to be one of my asthma medications.

You may have to figure it out yourself. I went to two ENT's and a pulmonologist and had tests run that clearly showed the problem but even though they knew all of my medications, they didn't suggest that they could be the cause. I stopped on my own and within two days, I could talk more normally.

Honey, I'm kinda flattered, kinda alarmed that you are so knowledgable about my internet posts. Surely you have better things to do.

As for the op she isn't anything unusual. Just another one. You're lucky you haven't seen many.
Cindog has asked for our prayers and that’s good enough for me. The Lord will sort this out. No Christian should judge her and if you’re not a Christian you shouldn’t even post in a thread that is a prayer request.

Cindog,
My prayers go out to you and have faith in our Lord Almighty to see you through this.

My mom had her gall bladder removed a few months back. When I visited her 2 days after, and while she was still on quite a mix of meds, she told me some interesting tales of her stay so far. How the people in the apartment upstairs were noisy and rude. How my ex (who's not a nurse, btw) was the charge nurse and would come wake her at odd hours to take her vitals. How the doctors gave her dirty looks because they didn't want her there.

Hospitals are truly horrible places to be.
