The Outlaw Josey Wales is my favorite western & is loaded with great Clint quotes. My favorite scene is when the bounty hunter enters the saloon looking for Josey:

Great movie,Tombstone,High Plains Drifter,Jeremiah Johnson and Pale Rider come to mind along with a host of John Wayne movies.

John Henry Holiday is at the top of my favorite characters from the Old West. Bad boys Billy The Kid and John Wesley Hardin had an interesting life also. Their lives and characters make for great movies.
Lol, anytime I hear John Wesley Hardin I’m reminded of the old Time Life book series commercials about the old west. He was so mean he once shot a man for snoring. I’ve always been fascinated with the old west. If he were alive today Jesse James would be a distant cousin of mine. A female outlaw, Belle Star is also in my family history.
I would add Open Range to the list, great gun fight at the end
