Reid will not be here if 2 of the 3 come back . No chance . IMO it will be PJ and Vanderbilt coming back . A few hours ago I thought it would be Gabriel and Vanderbilt but I changed my mind . Regardless it will be Vanderbilt and either WG or PJ not both as there is not much chance WG comes back if the other 2 do as he won't get a ton of burn as EJ , JV and PJ are much better players.

Travis Reid isn't coming here. As for the others I am 100% confident Vanderbilt isn't going anywhere. I think pj and wg are 50/50

Simple thread concept.. weve had weeks of discussing.. this is to post your final prediction.. and cane.. your typical post would say theyre all coming back and we will have the top 10 draft picks next year, so you saying something aint happening is comical

Ok they all 3 come back. Final answer. What do I win? Btw we aren't getting Travis, there will be no place for him even if only 2 come back

They are all coming back. Not sure why people think any of them are leaving. They are waiting until the last minute just in case a late offer comes in that they like. Otherwise, why wait?

I would love for all 3 to come back. But, my guess is PJ and WG leave. JV comes back and Reid Travis transfers in.

Travis Reid is a possible grad transfer from Stanford. He's a heck of a talent and he's a veteran so he would ease the pain of losing PJ.

I want PJ and JV back for many reasons, but my #1 reason is they both have some dog in them and when you have a young team you need dogs.

Vanderbilt: back to UK
WG: overseas
PJ: back to UK
Reid: to UK

I think @MdWIldcat55 hit the nail on the head, Cal isn't playing around right now. He's getting them all and will sort them out later.

I predict they all stay unless some go or they all go.

Unless they all stay, I predict a lot of whining and bashing of kids.

JV - Staying no one will draft someone who can't even go thru drills.

PJ--Staying because he won't get 1st round guarantee this yr maybe next yr.

WG--Gone. Doesn't want to sit. And he will because above 2 are returning along with Montgomery and Richards.

Reid--Coming. I feel like he can compete for minutes and wants to play for a Championship team.

Just mho.

I think we only get one back. I’m not sure which one, but we’d then have to turn our sights towards Reid.

I am also amazed at the confidence that there is about Reid from various posters and talking heads. I feel like he’s our best option, but I’m far from convinced he’s who’ll end up here if we lose a handful of these guys.

I am not going to bash these kids no matter if they stay or go. I understand it is a business decision and they want to fulfill a dream. I have no idea what Reid is going to do. As far as our players:

Vando-I would like him to leave because he is too much of a risk. Just too fragile to count on for a full season. If he has any chance of picking up an offer he should take it and rehab while making a little money. So I say he goes.

WG- He needs to leave as well. He has reached his ceiling and will enjoy playing overseas and making money for his family.

PJ - He really wants to leave but right now no team has stepped up and showed any interest. At least not in public. Maybe behind the scenes. But his desire to be a pro may over rule making a good decision so I expect him to leave even without a guarantee for first round.

When all the drama is over Coach can put together a team that wants to be at UK until at least next Spring and we can dream of #9.

So the very best to each and may they fulfill their dreams and make a lot of money for their families and friends.

Man this is getting old. I just wish they would make up their minds.
I am kind of torn. I want PJ and Vanderbilt back but then I also want Reid Travis. If I could pick who I want, I want PJ and Reid.

2 of 3 come back and we are co-favorites with Duke for a national title! To me it does not matter which 2 of the 3 return. Just know that we need 2 of them!

really need 2 of Wenyen, JV, PJ, or Travis

Hoping for PJ and Vanderbilt but expecting those two to leave, Wenyen to return and then wait on Travis' decision.

Actually that would of been my typical post in 2013 . For some reason people still associate me with a string of posts YEARS AGO. Someone being a realistic poster on this board means sunshine pumper which is the height of humor to me .

PJ- Stays
JV - of coarse stays
WG - leaves

Reid - transfers somewhere else

P.S. I hope I am wrong and all 3 come back . I don't care about Reid one way or another right now .

I think they are still all waiting to see who drops out. They are all hoping they move up enough to go, so I'm hoping others stay in. If any of them get close to early second round, I could see them leaving. At the moment, I think and hope, we get all three back. So we will be waiting until the last minute and I'm thinking PJ is the only one with a shot. Vanderbilt is in some mock drafts but I don't see anyone taking the risk on him.

Travis comes to UK. Gabriel ends up in Australia, PJ and JV in Europe or the G league, and we pick up another 5th year transfer or Juco. In other words like every year, we basically have a whole new team.
