If Vandy gets Langford then they would have brought in 3 top 20 players in one class.
And they very well might..Langford is another Adidas guy who may have his hand out...look who was recruiting him,,KU $$$,, U6 $$$$ Vandy $$$$..UK and Duke dropped him

IQ just didn't play in the All Star circuit much. It's a dumb reason to drop him. He was good at the McD's practices. He's a top 12-14 player.

Just like Karl Towns was 9 because he missed a summer AAU circuit. But Harry Giles can be hurt for two full years and stay #1.

  • Wonder why we believe there is a total,Duke bias? The Giles ranking was an absolute joke and travesty based upon his injuries and yet stayed number 1. This stuff got old a long time ago. Just lace them up IQ and Herro and lets get busy!

I really like Quickley, but I don't think that he's an impact recruit.

If he somehow manages to be a OAD, I'll be shocked.
Again, Cal could recruit all 3 stars. Because of the Kentucky effect, whoever led the team is going lotto. Everyone leaves....even when not wanted by pros. Vanderbilt would be long gone too if healthy.

I know this, but it still boggles my mind sometimes...

It’ll just fuel his fire imo
No doubt about it. I wonder how much it hurt him being injured and not being able to play in these other all star games? I thought he could have really used that platform to boost his rankings. The word was that him and Barrett were the two best players at the McDonalds practices. That's all I need to hear to know he's better than 13th in the class.

Yeah, I think it’s funny that he gets a bump of one spot after his week at the McDonald’s game when by all accounts he is top 5 at that game. I agree with you though, in the end who shut down Barrett in the McDonald’s game? None of these other guys are even competitive with him.

No way KJ is the 13th player in this class, he is the only kid that can consistently go head to head with Barrett. There own Duke/media hype darling Cam Reddish wilts and completely disappears when he is matched up with Barrett, he did not have the best week, going against the other top wings in the class like Johnson, Barrett and Little..

What is hilarious is that even Biancardi was ripping on him in the Hoops Summit game and I will guarantee you when the final rankings come out they are still 1-3. Why, because that will be the narrative for ESPN going into next season. How many times in the first game will we see that they had the three best players in the country lol.

The talent is there for Reddish, he has future all star type talent. It's just he is also in that Brandon Ingram/ Kevin Knox situation where, college fans is never going to see it while he is on campus. He is still a kid that has to learn to play through physicality and not shy away from contact as much, Reddish should be able to get to the line at least ten times a game, while driving the ball. Not sit back and take 20 jumpers while hoping he makes a portion of them.

I feel KJ has more potential than any wing player in this class, even than Barrett and Reddish. Johnson's game reminds me alot of Khawhi Leonard..

yes... which is why it's funny to call these "final" rankings when there's top 150 guys that reclassify every year, usually top 20 guys. They always get inserted in there somewhere.

So they're not really "final".

Where do you see Wiseman being ranked in the finals??

I like that comparison actually. I really like Leonard's game a lot. One of the best all around players in the NBA, IMO. Definitely top ten. Maybe top five.
