I'll be in the minority but give me Hami. Uber athletic rebounded well and played good D in NCAAT games. Could split time at the 3 with KJ

Hami or Gabriel.

Not sure which. I think our interior is weaker so probably Gabriel.

Gabriel. Darius Miller esque player, he’s the difference between winning a handful of games and winning a championship. We need his leadership.

Gabriel. Love his heart and how much he’s improved since he first got here. As much as I like Quade and Hami if Hagans reclassifies along with Maxey (and he commits) we are absolutely stacked at guard.

by far this . Diallo aint; coming back so why even talk about him. It would be like Duke fan talking about Carter . So it comes down to Green and Gabriel and Gabriel is more imporant . Green is good but even without him UK has the best back court in the country as Herro , QUick and Hagans are truly great players and Baker is good too.

I will be surprised if Gabriel isnt on the team next season and I am going to love his leadership , smile and all those 3 pt shots he will make not to mention the energy he brings every time he steps on the court.

Id take the guy with more eligibility left. Especially in this case because he brings experienced ball handling to the team. That's invaluable for these young pg's we bring in every year.

Gabriel is the most mission critical piece of the three.

I can see a dialed in Hami being an absolute force though. The guy that showed up against Buffalo is welcome to any roster at anytime.

Green, I'd like to keep. It would he great to have a seasoned guard on the squad but I also struggle to project him to be the top dog at point but rather a backup with a chance to surprise me as a junior or senior and I don't know if he can embrace that challenge but I'm not for clearing the path and giving him the keys to kingdom to placate him either.
I want him to overcome, he a leader, and beat out the best not be ordained because he has a solid jump shot and doesn't seem to have ability to make an early jump to the NBA.

I see Epps upside but will he ever have the luxury of playing with a Sophomore Walker, Junior and Senior versions of McCarty, Anderson, Delk type guys that can paper over his limitations and experienced as well as talented enough to work off a straw that stirs the drink kind of player? I dunno about it. I definitely feel it won't work if he doesn't also bring that Epps sort of moxie, grit and determination. He was undaunted and perservered.
Is Quade going to be that kind of guy that you cannot break, run off or recruit over because he is going to keep grinding come hell or high water?

If not he can go because he needs more than skills or his talent can bring him, he also needs some sand and brass in large quantities.

Hami. Next year’s team will have a lot more shooters than this past year, giving him space to drive. And I might be in the minority, but if he returns to be surrounded by shooters, he’d be our best player along with PJ

Depends on who else is back or who comes in.

If we land Maxey, you can afford to lose Green more.

If we bring back PJ and Vanderbilt and add a grad transfer, you can afford to lose Gabriel more.

I'll take Hami, more shooters, spreads the floor giving him driving lanes. His defense and athleticsm will be needed to neutralize opponents top players. He has abilities you just can't coach

I guess Gabriel since he appears to be more of a need, and I like big forwards that can hit the 3 and offer a good amount of intangibles..he would be Willis 2.0 next year. That said, I'll hate to see Green leave. He's going to end up being a very good college point guard..much better than some of you think imo. Joel Berry only averaged 4.2 ppg as a freshman and shot a worse percentage than green. I don't think Green's game is exactly like Berry's but he'll have that type of impact on the team he plays for as an upperclassmen and will be much improved as a sophomore.

I'd love to have them all back, but if I could only have one, give me Wenyen. We are going to be loaded at guard but I'm not sure about how the big man situation will shake out yet.

If we get PJ and Vanderbilt back, along with Richards and Montgomery, we would be in good shape up front, especially if Gabriel returns.

well with the way Calipari is recruiting PGs, would have to say Gabriel. If each player faced the same situation as to role on the team, I'd go with Green.

Give me Green. If we lose Green, our guards next season will be. Tyler Herro, Immanuel Quickley, Ashton Hagans, Keldon Johnson (if you consider him to be a guard), Jamerl Baker, & possibly Tyrese Maxey.... What do these guards/players all have in common? NONE, of these players have played 1 second of college basketball. Not exactly a recipe for a deep tournament run.

Good to know WG is now 7' ..This makes my pick easy..I'll pick Gabriel ..A 7fter that can shoot 40% from 3 will be nice

Gabriel for me but all three could be big time. Hami with some hard work could be a college star. You can see it but he just doesn’t always exhibit it. Quade with a good ball iq but limited physical aspects and a good shot. I would take any of the three but next years team could use a guy line wenyen

I would take Gabriel back first, I'm not sure how you can take care of your family on a g league salary if that's why he would leave. Something is not right if everybody wants to leave whether it be overseas or g league or transfer. Everybody can't play in the NBA no matter how long they stay or how good they think they are. If 2 of those three leave Kentucky basketball means little anymore.

I say green or Gabriel I think hami would do more harm then good with cal's stubborn and putting hami above the team

Many thought this about Briscoe and at one time Saul Smith ( when Cliff Hawkins was way better).
