So today we learn that PJ is not sold on coming back and Green could be considering transfer.

What could possibly go wrong with anytime transfer?

TJ Walker is becoming one of the worst trollers for hits. He takes a tiny nugget of information that the family will meet to talk and tries to spin it into a controversy. Pretty weak. Did anyone really think his family wouldn't at least talk things over? That doesn't change the basic facts confronting him -- that no one believes he has any chance of being drafted before the end of the second round.

Don't understand why this is such a surprise to everyone, how long have we been dealing with this??? 9 years now??? Can't blame the kid,all we can do is keep our fingers crossed.Cal is gonna do and advise whats best for the kids, not the fan base.First order of business for Cal is to get Orlando Antiqua back to get these Top 5 guys back the elite of the elite. So at least the one year they are here,we can compete for a national championship and not be happy with a lackluster sweet 16 appearance

He wouldn't get looked at in the second round, would be lucky to make the G league draft. But to each there own..

You believed him? Off season is all about the clicks in the offseason for MJ

I believe he has connections to the staff because Cal wants him to. Cal did the same thing in Memphis, even had an assistant read the message boards. Jones apologized and became Cal's b**** for the access.

If Jones is hearing that Green could be leaving, yes, I believe it 100%. Matt is not going to screw around with his platform. If he just threw that out there it could damage him down the line.

Love PJ. I think he could be a monster next year. If he goes, not sure what his position is right now because his handles are not that good and he needs a mid range game imo.

We have a player that isn't mentioned anywhere on the boards next year saying he committed to UK because of the OAD ability of Cal. His own words "im going to Kentucky to be one of those".

Problem is he wont be drafted either more than likely.

Briscoe just did it btw.

If Pj did it, wouldn't surprise me a bit. There are changes happening in college basketball for the worse all around.

PJ can back college players down but not pro, not right now. He would need more than what he has now to stick around, like learning to be consistent and play hard all the time. I'm not to worried about him leaving, I'm sure the people that know will tell him to polish his skills and come back next year.

PJ broke his pinky finger in January, but kept playing. Might have impacted his free throw shooting. From the interview with his father, I think he comes back.

Meeting more likely to decide if he should test the waters this year or wait a year. He's a 6'7 PF that is not dominating. He would be LUCKY to go in the 2nd round. Unless he absolutely HATES school & classes, he will be back.

JUST BECAUSE A PLAYER TESTS THE WATER, DOES NOT MEAN HE IS LEAVING OR EVEN THINKS HE IS LEAVING. It is just a way to get evaluated and see where you stand & "hear from the horses mouth" what they want to see you work on.

I think you misheard or misread because Matt was making a list of players likely to leave in order and he had quade at the bottom saying the only way he would leave would be transferring but said he didn’t hear anything about that happening.

It was in another thread.

This place is turning into CNN.

You mean like how he said RJ and Zion were UK leans? I know it's not recruiting but MJ has nothing to lose by saying QG "is/could/maybe/possibly be thinking of transferring" same with WG could go pro. Nobody really knows and it generates him clicks. No definite with MJ, just a lot a vague 50/50 statements. That's just how I feel about the issue

That's what I said man. RJ and Zion is "one sided" recruiting news.

Matt - Hey Tony B, how we lookin on Barrett?

Barbee - Lookin good Matt!

That's why his recruiting information is terrible. He doesn't know the AAU scene and has no national connections. He's admitted this on Rafters himself.

But when it comes to tidbits about Kentucky players, he's got some info. I don't like that Cal picked him to use as his megaphone to the fans, but he did. Jones can be controlled and he's a lawyer, he'll do anything for the fame and access. Cal uses that I'm sure. Like I said, he did at Memphis.

What could he hurt by making up random crap about Kentucky players? How about his entire goal?

**not saying he talks to Barbee probably a lesser member but just the example I was using.**

And that is why you will never see another National Championship from Calipari !! Cal is using the UK to push out NBA players
