Is muuuuuch better in this tournament so far. They are letting them play and not calling every ticky tack contact. I'll take it! This is one of the reasons I believe we will do well in this tournament and the NCAA tournament overall.

In the SEC regular season that would have been a foul on Gabriel on that last play of the half.
Even mentioning that clown makes my skin crawl.
I have been to several first round NCAA games. And one thing is consistent. They don’t call fouls unless you actually kill someone
I believe those ticky tacky fouls make our guys reluctant so they back off and then there is also the threat of that second foul and you sit. They seem afraid to play because they are gonna get called. I cannot believe when I see other teams not called and we get loaded down with them. Happens every year.
The SEC officials only make us better with their ******** calls all season.

The opposite is true for Kansas, and is why they tank in the post season every year.
Higgins is in the Big 12 Tournament, but I did see Doug Shows in a previous SECT game so I wouldn’t be surprised if we get him tomorrow.
Is that enough miles for his awfulness to be away from other officials? Id be more comfortable if that number was 500 or in China.
Maybe Bob Huggins will take him out once and for all. After that embarresment of a game he called when WVU was at Kansas.
I would bet anything in a 3rd round NCAAT game with UK playing Higgins will show up once again.

There was a post on here at the time of the Higgins “incident” that showed blown calls. I can’t find it. If anyone has it, I would like to see it again. It was pretty convincing.
I know about the WVU game, but us Kansas fans have a beef with him too.

Those were what I call shadow fouls....they were fouled by the defenders shadow....It seems to be a SEC phenomenon......
You have to be kidding. Higgins is the best thing that ever happened to KU. You wouldn't still have the Big 12 streak without him.
