Why does UK hate KU?

To be fair, the SEC, along with many other schools, certainly count Helms titles as legit. Just ask Alabama about their overall football championship count.
How about the fact that they are not in our league but they keep talking as if they are (their fans), Self has the media bought and paid for, they get more homecooking than any other program, they get praised for winning a vastly overrated conference every single year, or the fact that there is more shade connected to that program that just about every other schools save maybe UNCheat? Notice what they have in common?
14 trophy's back to back are pretty good but just two final fours in the last 10 years and 1 championship 10 years ago. For a team to have that kind of conference domination more is expected. So it looks like Kansas is good while playing Big 12 competition but just average in the post season.
How many Big 12 regular season championships equal NCAA championships? The answer is 0

I actually don't think it was so bad. I appreciate your objectivity. But I think what's mostly going on there visually is that he's running in for the steal, and the mind wants to include the steps that come before he really has possession.
I'm not saying it wouldn't be called by a perfect, Cyberdyne Systems Terminator-type ref. It's just that, while there's some gray area, I don't think anyone can argue he takes more than four steps max once he clearly has control of the ball. And one of those is a short step.
I can say definitively as a UK fan: if the most that refs handed our opponents was occasionally giving them 3.5 steps instead of 3, I'd be tickled pink. Personally.
No dislike for Kansas here. UK graduate, 64 years old. UK fan for 54 years. Nothing but respect here. Would like to see the two roundrobins tournaments at the beginning of season...the Duke/Kansas/Michigan State and Ohio State/North Carolina/UCLA done away with all together. Would like to see UK play Kansas every year ...neutral site if desired...Kansas City and Louisville or BBT in Northern Kentucky; and, UK play Michigan State every year...neutral site if desired...Detroit or Grand Rapids and Louisville or BBT in Northern; and, play UCLA every year...neutral site if desired.

KU certainly doesnt hate UK. Any disdain is the same for all the blue bloods. We hate that cowardly greedy program named Mizzou. We hate our little brother in Manhatten. Thats it.
