When Auburn hits their 8th 3 of the second half to push the lead out to 20+....

-Actually think Kates win tonight. F em.

-Starting to entertain the idea of renting my old house. Real estate players, what's the best listing site for rentals? Thx. Marcus throw a line in the water.

-Started Valentines Day with a shouting match v. my wife and daughter over which red dress she was wearing to school. Love is in the air!

-Always liked that Valentines-St. Pat's-Easter stretch in grade school. Fireflame cupcakes and dress down days FTW.

-06 Volvo blew a coil. Running like complete ****. Still hoping for another 12 months out of the damn thing... we'll see.

It doesn't look like there's a lot of wins left on the schedule, so sneaking by in this one would do wonders for our tournament seeding/selection. Beat Auburn and WVU on the road and it's tough to leave us out even if we dribble **** down our leg the rest of the time.

Apparently the time deadline to wish my wife a happy valentine's day was 11am this year. Guess it wont mean as much now when I tell her later and give her her gift.

Wife sent me a Bitmoji text, and I posted a Brad Calipari meme on her FB. Big day for us.

Prolly do dinner Friday night.

-I think we have a better chance to win tonight than a few of our past or remaining games. The A&M game, to me, was as auto-loss as it gets. That line tonight definitely seems extreme, I plan to sprinkle on kate to hold my interest.

-likely grab flowers for the house/candy for the girls on the way home. Segunda to bball practice, then off to teach a bunch of middleschoolers about the baby jesus...home at 8. Wash up and watch the cats get plowed by a shitbag sec west school. Up til midnight bitching on this thread. Tired tomorrow.

You could always tell the kids that the priest hated in grade school on Ash Wednesday. Their forehead was painted black

You could also tell the kids that the priest really liked in grade school. Their forehead was painted a different color

Bill Haas had a bad night. Yikes. Driver of the car was his host, died on impact. They sideswiped Luke Wilson of all people before completely losing control. En route to a wedding, presumably.

-that sucks, sae.

-Just found out the knock in the 09 silverado ws a "stuck lifter" and i will not need to spend 5-7k on a new engine. Now, new leather on the seats/a little body work will do the trick. Ima get 250-300k out of my girl hell/highwater.

-mrs rudd is tiring of her 08 volvo, though. Has "tech" envy. Nice outback is 38k, volvo wagon or suv in the 50-60 range. I offer to get her a new car. Instead, she now wants to remodel/move "if we have extra money just laying around". I just work here, boys.

Got the wife a robe and unmentionables from Victoria Secret and a card and candy "from the kids."

Apparently, my gift hasn't come in yet. 7YO did give me a homemade card and skittles. Awesome. 5YO made me something but I don't get it until tonight. Judging by the kitchen floor, there was a lot of glitter involved.

Big Valentine dinner with the in laws tonight at LaRosa's. Cheese, mushroom and onion pizza for the wife and me in honor of Ash Wednesday.

We already celebrated together at Mitchell's Fish Market over the weekend.

This guy will probably not make it to church today so I guess I better find a cigarette butt and fake it. I already forgot and ate a breakfast lean pocket this morning. #Hellbound

Tigers by 17 or Cats by 9. No in between. I'd guess Tigers by 17.

Dinner and a play.*

*Tickets to the play are provided gratis for my participation in a institutional knowledge research group for the “Arts” market at work. So it’s all pretty romantic, IMO.

Got a 1-2 punch of Valentine's Day today, son's birthday tomorrow.

Years ago, my wife called me on February 13, said "I'm at my doctor's office, he said he will induce me tomorrow!" I begged her to hold off one day, so our son could have his birthday separate from V-Day, which he will appreciate his whole life. She was a trooper and agreed, so the 15th it was and is.

I might not have pushed so hard if we didn't know we were having a boy. But I figured a lad definitely needs his own day.

I cook a lobster dinner for my wife every Valentine's Day. They cost about 20 dollars and take about 12 minutes to boil in water - about the easiest meal anyone could ever make. She seems to really like the gesture so I'll take it.

Jack Fry's last Friday for our V-day.

I mean, pretty effing good (again). Absolutely love the vibe in that place. An upbeat throwback but not pretentious. Fry's or Seviche always make roll my eyes at how hard I advocate for spots like Winchell's, just trying to cling to something really good/unique in my town. #sharetheLex just can't compete. Sad!

Man, give me the flu and two workdays on the couch to rewatch Downton Abbey with this weather... I'd be all set.

You’re a good father, Century.

...which is more than I can say about most of the a-holes in here. You know who I’m talking about.

Jack Fry's is such a classic that I never even think to go there, if that makes any sense...which is a shame. Buck's isn't far behind & similar in style, btw, if you ever get stuck unable to get a table at the last minute or desire a little more comfort.

-I think I'd be fine being a Footman even, if it meant I could kick it at Downton for a few years. Under-butler and it would be a no brainer.

I'm all for a nice little virus that lays you up a few days but no interest in this flu going around. Sounds like a miserable beast.

Another school shooting. Thoughts and prayers from everyone with a little blue check by their name. Wait a few weeks, cut and paste everything but the name of the school for the next one.
