But they have a lot of quality wins, and none of their losses have been bad.

In their defense, there is really nobody to move up and replace them -- which goes for a lot of teams.

There is some earned separation with Nova, UVA, Purdue -- then a small 2nd tier w/ Duke, Sparty, Kansas, and maybe Xavier.

Teams 7-40 or so it really makes no difference on paper and is solely a matter of personal opinion imo...and a LOT of pollsters opinions are stupid and worthless.

-Anth's trainer really kicked my *** Friday night. Still slightly sore today and I had been doing p90X3 since the start of the year. Probably did 200 squats on Friday..

Pretty soar still, granted I did 3 classes. Geese texted me an hour ago that he's a mess. Everyone was going a bit harder b/c of the peer pressure.

Dude is a great trainer, but more than anything it keeps me in pretty good shape during the winter and I rarely skip. Neglecting strength, core, functional training is really easy to do and terrible for you. Especially if you have mechanical issues already. He's also a pro and keeps me from jacking up my back.

I think I saw Lunardi say back when they lost that game that he went back 40 years and couldn't find a worse loss by a defending National Champion then UNC losing to Wofford.

I don't disagree, it was a horrible loss -- but wins are more important. They're #13 in Kenpom, #11 in RPI, #13 in Sagarin -- so it's not some huge AP/Coaches poll bias outlier as many of you are making it out to be.

College Basketball is pretty bad this year if you're talking about top teams. Wofford is the worst loss, but everyone outside those top 3 has at least 1 *horrible* loss.

(I think UNC sucks, btw)

Still think a lot of the beating each other up is about to set in. Other than the recently exposed Big12 being too big of pussies to beat KU, the rest of the country should have a pretty tumultuous next 5 weeks.

-yep. Historically speaking Kansas, UCLA and UNC are equals/threats to UK insofar as titles/wins. Until very recently I hated UNC more than I do duke. Thats changing as they have become a legitimate threat to UKs historical prominence. Uavel is an afterthought.

It already is/has -- that's why pretty much everyone has 4-6 losses already before February. I too expect it will continue.

WVU has lost 4 of 5 and has only dropped to 16...there is nowhere for them to go b/c everyone else loses too.

Steph going for 49 points vs the Celtics and scoring 13 in the final 1:40 ftw was pretty cool, btw. He's so damn good that type of **** doesn't even get anyone's attention anymore.

-El Chapo already said he wasn't going to kill the jurors if they are revealed, what's the problem? Not sure what else you want from the man.

El Chapo promises not to kill Jurors is one of my favorite headlines I can remember, btw.

Found something even dumber than the Tide Pod Challenge.

No Lackin Challenge is a video fad in which people film themselves brandishing firearms and pointing the weapons at unsuspecting victims to provoke them into displaying a firearm in return. The game is meant as a way to test the readiness of people who are living in high crime areas.

*whispers* actually El Chapo probably has a legal ground to object to the sequestering and armed guards on the jury panel which prompted his attorney to write that his client promises not to kill anyone *stops whispering*

* Other than the murders and stuff, I'm a huge El Chapo fan. He should be turned loose, imo.

* My new favorite trolling moment --> ironically calling my ultra conservative friends "snowflake."

i'm sorry you were so easily offended by the grammys last night, snowflake. please seek safe space.

* How was American Pickers on Saturday, august-west?

* Sunday Funday yesterday. Picked up a cute new lassie to add to the roster, AND got an invite to a Mardi Gras crew after party on Friday. Headliner music guest.......Mannie Fresh. :scream::scream::scream:

* Good to see some of you getting into the exercise thing. It's good for you, imo.

* Kevin Knox. :boom:

* Finishing up The China Study today. Kind of a misunderstanding about the book/diet, as I have plenty of friends that are 110% all-in, completely obsessed and ultimately misguided. The synopsis is basically --> eat tons of fruits and veggies. Keep meat. dairy. and processed crap to a minimum. That's it. Ground breaking stuff!

* With all these late tips, it's great to be on Central time.

* Cody Jinks crushed it Saturday night.

I'd like to see them try that on Doc Boat.

Anyone comes at me with their piece and i'll shove a tide pod right down their throat.

This is the best el chapo pic... Jeff Spicoli sneaks into Mexico to casually converse with the biggest drug lord on the planet.

This guy being the same guy as the one calling games is nothing short of amazing. Definitely didn't see it coming.

About a month after he got fired Tom Crean did Pardon My Take and tore the house down with those guys. Took everything they dished out at him and gave some back.

And of course he's new on ESPN so he's naturally going to be good before they jam him into a role.

Everyone claims the dude is a great guy. His crazy mannerisms were the main target.
