Not very athletic.

But on Thursday, he made a strong case for his draft stock to rise, which it seems to be doing, with an absolutely bonkers vertical jump at 44.5" inches. In fact, his first attempt cleared the standard equipment so they had to make special arrangements for him to raise the bar.
Diallo might be an unknown commodity because he didn't play in college last season, but his athleticism has never been a question mark. He wowed on the AAU circuit prior to his commitment to Kentucky, and that athleticism alone might be enough to earn him a first-round selection should he keep his name in the draft.

Fine. I'll pick this hill to die on.

There are certainly players with athletic measurables on this squad, Diallo being the most obvious.

But this team does not play with any athleticism compared to its opponents. It is easy to say "You're an idiot! PJ Washington can jump out of the gym!"

Great. When have we seen a lob like Cal's best teams always utilize?

Something is off with Kentucky basketball and I don't like it. I just hope that both BBdK and Anth watch their lazy ***** tits hit their knees while they have to start one more ******* workout protocol that they just have to tell everyone about.

Nice core strength, faggots.

Not sure what to make of the fact that a shooting occurred at Marshall County High School this morning, killing two 15 year olds and injuring a dozen others, and we haven't even mentioned it.

We're that numb?

I mean, the Governor asked us...

“Much yet unknown...Please do not speculate or spread hearsay...Let’s let the first responders do their job and be grateful that they are there to do it for us...”

Damn. Forgot to check in with Matt first!

Absolutely awful. Just depressing all around. I can't imagine what those parents are going through.

Believe the word you're looking for is fundamentals. We're fine athletically.

Anytime you'd like to workout, run, cycle or anything else I'm all in, bubs. Been doing the same thing for a few years now. Cycled 2500 miles last year, can bench my weight, ran 8 minute miles consistently for the BC. Sure I put on 5-8 lbs in December and January, who doesn't? Friday 6p, charity workout event. Welcome to come show me how fit you are.

Looks like somebody just got some positive affirmation about his core strength from his primary care physician.

Throwing down the gauntlet. Straight :fire:

My three girls graduated from Marshall County. A lot of their friends still have younger brothers, sisters and cousins attending there.

The count is now two killed, a boy and a girl, both 15 yrs old.
Fourteen more with gunshot wounds and five with non gunshot wounds.
The shooter, who was apprehended at the school is a 15 yr old boy.

We are all in shock & grateful to the first responders who reacted so swiftly and possibly saved more from being harmed.

Please all of you pray for our community.

These things come in waves, too, it seems. So hopefully this doesn't start a bunch of copycat ****.

And I'll tell you, it's pretty depressing to have your kids come home and tell you about going through shooter drills without it being a big deal to them. Just part of the routine.

Can't imagine being the parent of a child at that school. Also can't imagine what those first responders must have seen/heard. The thought of hearing cellphones ringing all over that courtyard in the immediate aftermath....chilling.

Thank goodness they are going through those drills.
One main point in the news coverage was that they just had the KSP at the school recently doing active shooter drills. Reports are that because of that, everyone acted swiftly and in a manner that probably saved many more lives. It was reported that both students and faculty did exactly the correct things.
Whatever that is worth.

Meh, worst shape of the year but if the worst poster in the thread wants to go personal, leggo. Just so happens I'm sponsoring an hour of circuit training on Friday. Perfect place to check out my "***** tits."

-which is more obscure? Rudd’s clothing brands or Joey’s podcasts/YouTubes/humor? Those brands might as well be headlining Forecastle.

-I checked out that murder scene today near SAE’s place. Not very gruesome. Nicely appointed house. Someone will get a bargain.

-we had shooter drills when I taught. It was mainly clear the hallway, lock your doors and turn out the lights. That was the official plan. I always shared my backup plan in case I ever really heard gunshots. We were getting the hell out the window and catching each other.

Yep. Kids today start then in kindergarten. My daughters job was to help one of the other kids stay calm in the closet. Just awful.

I don’t know that I’m numb to it or would rather post dumb things about fainting goats and Beastie Boys videos in between #hottakes.

One more post about this situation.

My vet’s Office is right down the road from the high school and his 2 children went to MCHS and are friends with my children.

I was talking to him in the phone early this morning about an injury to my dog’s leg, when one of his vet techs got a call from her daughter at school telling her there was shooting. He just sudddnly says, there is a shooter at the high school. I was, like WHAT? He says there has been a shooting at Marshall County!
Hung up immediately and turned on the news. Crickets. Started searching in my phone, nothing. It was so surreal waiting for some news to finally break so I could know what was happening.

I mean, what's the point of talking about it? Nothing is going to change. People will offer up prayers and move on to the next one.

-there is no "routine", adrian. 100% authentic. Im either in the woods/on the water/shooting birds 3-4 days a month. Given my considerable responsibilities at home/work/church thats solid...*and* I look good whilst doing so.

-saw the american spiritual ensemble at 1st prez last night. Amazing/powerful. Dr. Everett McCorvey is the truth.

I mean, for all the talk about driver Mocs and boat shoes, I’m the only one around here actually driving a performance sports car or chomping it up on the docks.

Bunch of posers.

-I know we recently discussed painters, but anyone have experience with sandblasting a home? Who can do it. Price range. Etc. Serious replies only.
Go dry ice blasting or go home, IMO.

Serious reply: take some reference photos, jump on the Thumbtack.com website, choose “Paint Removal” describe your project scope and let the SWAG’s roll in.

Mrs. lb123 walked into school this morning and was met with chaos and evacuated kids in her car. Shortly thereafter I walked into the place where we danced at junior prom and saw an unimaginable scene. :(

I have been thinking about her (and the other teachers as well.)
My girls always liked her and enjoyed her classes. I’m glad they are all ok.
