Coach K has adapted. Just like all legendary coaches do (ala Saban). Coach K proving he is worthy of the title of the best of all time.
Duke will beat us by 30 next year. Dunking all over us in the process. Cal needs to get his **** together. I don’t care what he has to do to start getting top guys again, just do it. Cal is officially K’s *****, if he already wasn’t. K just got a better class than anything Cal has EVER had.
Duke is just doing what we were in the first 4-5 Years with Cal. Coach K carries a lot of weight with coaching Team USA. Don’t like it either. But not much we can do other than best then on the floor. That’s the only thing that will change it.
Maybe we will get lucky and he wins the championship next year then retires. That is the only thing I can think of.

So, Zion is all about brotherhood and family. And large rodent-like noses. I bet his mom has a cushy new job waiting for her too. Why not pick Duke? You can get paid and no one in the media will ask questions.

I dont get this. UK is the biggest fraternity there is. UK coaches and players have preached brotherhood for years, now all of a suddent K is stealing Cals pitch and its somehow working for him.
Cal needs to make sure any marginal players come back instead of pushing them out the door, especially since we play them next yr.

It's nuts that they let the athletes have different entrance criteria to get into school than the general student body. Isn't that athlete benefits?

I think the “togetherness” outside of how we know our players are is the problem. Right or wrong, Cal has created this persona that he is just trying to get kids to the next level versus creating any sort of family. Kids (and their mothers) from the south are all about that.
Anyone here NOT surprised OP was the one to break the news ? He always seems to post negative threads about Cal/ UK with a quickness.
