You Guys Are Crazy

Benjamin Franklin and Albert Einstein are credited for stating that insanity can be defined as, “doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”

Every year youth plays a factor in our team losing their minds on the road in a hostile environment and every year our fan base follows suit by losing their minds after said loss(es).

Whether lack of effort/fight, forcing things on the offensive end or losing their ever living dang minds on defense, youth/lack of experience in playing at the collegiate level is the main factor for all of the above.

While frustrating during the regular season for fans, players, and the coaching staff, by the end of regular season play our guys are typically in a position to make a run in the tourney no matter our seed.

With all that said, Cal hit the nail on the head when he first said, “You guys are crazy.” Go Big Blue!!!

I understand that it feels that way now, but if you remember everyone was thinking the same thing in 2013-14 after the Arkansas loss and Aaron Harrison became that GUY come tourney time. Again, I think our fan base tends to have amnesia each year and forgets about the past, me included. :joy: It’s our passion that makes us THE best fan base in all of college basketball, but it also tends to blind us at times. Go Big Blue!!!

We have 3-4 who can. SGA and PJ both can and are starting to show it.
