Well, I meant Christmas or Halloween, whichever is first. Not Nostradamus, but I predicted this.
Best for him and Suns.
I don't think earl makes it to Christmas
[laughing]Well, I meant Christmas or Halloween, whichever is first.
It saddens me to see most of the UK players on teams that can't compete. I wish Phoenix and Sacramento would stop drafting our players.
Dude doesn't know how lucky he is. He's making millions playing a game and he complains. Wah

I get what you're saying, but I'd rather make 75k a year doing a job I love than make double that doing menial, boring, work where I'm not appreciated and dread going into Monday. Obviously he gets paid a boat load of money for a game, I get it, but if you're going to do a job, whether you're making millions or not, you'd like to be in a situation that makes you happy. He's made his money and given over half his career to such a garbage team. I'd imagine he'd like to finish his career being somewhere that makes him happy, even if it means a pay cut. I can't blame him.
He's making 14.5 million...yeah, I'll take that and be miserable playing a sport.
So? It's not like it's Phoenix basketball or go work at McDonald's. He's saying he's sick of being at an organization like Phoenix, who loses, a lot, and wants to go to a better team with better team values and doesn't suck ***. What's so hard to understand doing your job and having fun while doing it, money aside?
And it’s like throwing the rest of your team mates under the bus.Bad form on Eric's part IMO. Not sure of the professional relationship and maybe he felt he had to do this, but it never looks good on the player.

He's been sending this same message privately since last season and the team has made no effort to fix anything or trade him.
No one who has watched Phoenix in the last 10 months thinks it makes Bledsoe look bad.
There aren’t a ton of great fits for Bledsoe. No dice on golden state. Houston has two guards that (when healthy) will both play ~35 minutes. San Antonio? Don’t know what their cap/pieces look like off the top of my head.
Cleveland already has an elite point guard, not to mention D Rose. Same for Boston. New Orleans has Rondo and Holiday. Milwaukee makes the most sense imo, but I’m not sure what Milwaukee could give up that would attract Phoenix.
New Orleans has Rondo and Holiday.
Ha it was literally 12 minsAt least he stayed employed long enough for you to post that.
Bledsoe is an upgrade over Rondo.
Bledsoe has been nothing but a "team player" for the Suns. Ownership always praised his work ethic. He was/is great in community... AND all the while his name has been involved in at least 6-8 trade rumors. He never complained once.I admit I dont know the inside scoop on the situation, I just think it looks bad on the player. As you can see in this thread, making millions and taking things public.
Like I said, maybe he felt he had to, I just dont want our guys to catch a bad rap.
Depends on how each manages their money...the vast majority of these players are bankrupt 5-10 years after leaving the league. The difference is he only has to work a job for a few more years then he has the rest of his life to enjoy retirement where as if you work for 75K a year you wont be able to retire until you are 70.
Bledsoe is in his prime.
The team is in tank mode. Obviously don't give a **** about Briscoe...and somehow this is bad look for Briscoe?
They need to put more effort to put a winning team instead of letting the young players mature. Its a different discussion if Bledsoe was around 24-25.
If only I knew the point you are trying to make.
Yep. I don't think a Bledsoe for briscoe trade is very even.If only I knew the point you are trying to make.
Definitely, but they don’t need to eat up more of their cap with another point guard. They need a wing who can space the offense.
