You said you didn't like Trump, but you didn't have a problem tolerating your buddy, who also doesn't like Trump. Those were your words, man.

I don't give a flip who you voted for or why, your professed tale of tolerance is laughable. So I laughed.

You’re making absolutely no sense man. Like none

Rex shocked me when he signed with UK! He was a special player. He had a problem and he is recovering! I like him. Everyone deserves another chance! I still like him!

The politics of every single member of this board suck according to some other member of this board, so how about we focus on sports.
That's what I've told Rex and Seth Davis, stick to basketball. Seth has lost his mind over Trump, I did unfollow...

Liked him as a player, resented him for the Cal to LA tweet but overall kind of lukewarm.

I think you can hold two positions that are simultaneously true.

1. He wanted virtually nothing to do with the program until he had nowhere else to turn and his reemergence is disingenuous at worst, coincidentally suspicious at best.

2. He's really damn good at what he does and offers both humor and unique insight into the game, program, college basketball, etc.
If he will just stop SINGING!

Just can the pregame singing Rex. He and Buzz usually seem WAAAY too amped up. Tone it down just a touch. But only a touch.

Could we have a better broadcaster calling UK games? Ehhhh, probably. Could we have an individual that is considered UK royalty by many UK fans, has a great deal of NBA experience as a meaningful contributor on many teams, and is willing to take the job at the price Rex does it? Ehhh, probably not. Guys like Delk have better paying gigs on air, others like Tayshaun and Chuck Hayes have taken front office positions, and others have taken assistant coaching spots in hopes of moving up the coaching ladder.

I hear he is running low on money and this radio show is the only gig he can get. He was living with his sister and she put him out as he was not cleaning up after himself.

CONS:
-He's a con
-Tweets non-stop about political stuff and very anti Trump
-Tweeted about Cal leaving before an NCAA tourney game (done deal)
-Quick to take shots at fans

He was a hated man for a while, but I think his image is still questionable.

That’s not a con

Never understood all the hate toward Rex anyway. He posted something he allegedly heard before the game. It's not like all the players heard and it affected how we played.
