He was invited to play in the U19 game coached by Coach Cal so that is a good sign if accepted.

Most importantly, he's a top rated PG. they come here, not KU.

So you're saying there's a chance? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Kentucky will have two point guards ahead of him Green and Alexander. Kansas will have Moore and a starting point guard spot lined up for him.

Assuming they play to their ranking and aren't let-downs, I will gladly take Green and Shai as sophomores. But it's no guarantee they stick around for 2-years. Shai is very underrated right now and his recent growth spurt just gave him perfect NBA size.

The PGs in the class next year are elite compared to this year and Calipari will snag at least one of them. If Green shows he is the "man" that PG will come it at least playing Combo / basically be sold on a Bledsoe / Wall thing. Green is more of a pure PG, while some of the kids next year are more of Fox, Wall, etc., dynamic athletes.. iF that makes sense.

Even if UK came up short in 2015, it showed the NBA finds talent. You don't have to be super featured or even on the "first" platooned to be a lottery pick!!!

The only thing that may stop some of these kids, is to be the "MAN", not be challenged and not caring about maybe winning it all....

it will come down to which pg Cal likes better . I prefer Quickly over smart but both are great.

Quade and SGA will be back imo , so I think we may miss out. Which I would be ok with a sophomore Quade and SGA

Possible quade is a OAD, but SGA will be back with some good experience, so maybe adding quickly or smart ala wall and Bledsoe could work.

But if we get Langford he is playing SG unless all our sf's leave and we whiff on all SF recruits which is unlikely. It will be a tough sale to get a top PG to come next year if Green and Alexander come back.

Lol @ whoever is worrying about show affiliation... Uh we have Cal and we are Kentucky. Cal will get watever pg he wants imo. The only pg I remember Cal not getting is Kyrie.. Just about has landed everyone he has wanted.

Only one year since Cal has been here has UK retained its starting PG. Chances are Green will not be here for his sophomore year.
