Diet Coke is incredible. THAT BURN GOING DOWN, especially from the caffeine free where there is literally an immediate belch/hiccup after any drink.

:fire::fire:

Coke tastes like Pancake syrup to the adult palate -- and Diet Coke >>>>>> Coke Zero.

Diet Big K is the crispiest of all, give it a shot Mustard. :100points:

...still try to limit my COKES to pizza orders and hungover McDonald's Breakfast Drive Thru experiences these days.

Unsweetened Iced tea w/ Lemon ftw, or Kombucha Ginger Ade on PAYDAY!!! Sweet Tea is disgusting.

Diet Coke tastes better. Not debatable. Definitely has nothing to do with calories while I'm punishing a pizza or McDonald's.

Lol at SAE's 4 slices on a home-alone pizza binge, btw. You sure you're 35?

My dad cracks open a fully leaded coca-cola first thing every morning. Like 5:30 am- he's already hitting it hard. It's honestly hard to watch someone do that, that early in the morning. He's never had a sip of coffee- won't even try it. Just Coke's and the occasional sweet tea. Weirds me out a bit.

I'm sure Richard Simmons would be proud of the Diet Coke worship, but that **** is absolutely disgusting. If you aren't 300 pounds and trying to lose weight, you shouldn't even be thinking of drinking it.

My dad only drinks black coffee and beer. And he drinks tea with Southern Comfort if he has a cold.

Sometimes if we're working on a home improvement project, he encourages my brother and me to hold off on the beer until the "head work" is done. The wildcard move here is always his "pop" selection at the Lowe's checkout: Orange Crush.

(He is a retired P&G company man and we crushed boatloads of complimentary Crush in the 80's.)

If you're 300+ pounds and drinking a twelve pack of regular Coke a day, yes, indeed it is a good way to start losing some weight.

I am 6'0 190 pounds and having been drinking Diet Coke since I was 20. I tried it and thought " I LIKE this better than regular."

Life is pretty straight forward at times.

My other Grandma drank a Tab an hour for her entire life. Only person I ever saw/knew who actually drank those.

Do they (still) really work?

* I'm cutting soft drinks out completely for a while. Water, tea, sparkling water and coffee only until June. Beer and bourbon will be the occasional exception.

* Going low carb and cranking the workout meter up to 10. Marge is back in workout mode, too, so that will help.

To take advantage of her eagerness to get her beach body ready, I made and sent her a fake website screenshot about a few slightly out of the norm girl on top sex positions that are great for a woman's abs and glutes. She bought it.

* I miss Dr. XMan.

* LBL fishing trip in about a month. Taking my Dad and oldest brother.

Might hit the Little Miami this weekend, depending on how much rain we get.

* If we could somehow land Bamba and keep Bam... Yikes. 1 of the 2 and either Knox or Johnson and I think we are legitimately one of the favorites.

* Lady in the office next to me is off today so I am cranking Zeppellin. Bonzo would be bouncing.

* Saul is off to a pretty good start. Missed you, Gus.

* Watched a few shows about the Pacific Theater in WW2 last night. What an absolute badass generation.

* Grnd Padre, did you catch that Prince doc last night, When Doves Cry? I DVRd it. Looks like it is on again Thursday.

* Thank you Easter Bunny. I'm having egg salad lettuce wraps every day for lunch this week.

I'm trying to mellow out. Will be an interesting case study to the people sitting by me at Nationwide Arena tonight.... I weep for my fellow CBJ fans.

I want to like hockey, I just can't get into it. We are a big sponsor of the Jackets. I do have a sweet CBJ baseball hat.
