Don't care about recruiting classes.

Don't care about how many players were drafted.

Don't care about how many players signed second contracts.

Don't care about how many players are in the NBA.

Don't care about preseason rankings.

Don't care about regular season rankings.

Just want another title.

If that makes me selfish, then fck it.

I'm selfish.

Same here, as has been well-documented.

But without all those meaningless things, KSR would have nothing to write about.

UNC played the toughest seed possible in each of their South Region (the hardest) games, a hot/talented 3 in the Final Four, and a 1 in the Championship.

Quit whining, you f'ing pansies.

Nobody even mentioned this.

But now that you bring it up, they had a cakewalk to the Elite 8 (Butler? lol) and even then needed some atrocious officiating to get past an Arkansas team that we blew out twice. Then they needed some more atrocious officiating and a last second shot from a scrub to get past us. Then they needed some more atrocious officiating to get past Oregon (who was missing their 2nd best player). Then they needed some more atrocious officiating to get past a Gonzaga team that played like they'd never even been to a Final Four before.

Kentucky played two 30 win teams just to get to the Elite 8. North Carolina played zero.

Otherwise, yes, I agree with you that UNC had a ridiculously difficult path to a championship and must be considered an all-time great team. Maybe even better than 1996 UK, even.

Chris Boucher wasn't Oregon's 2nd best player. 4th or 5th, but a very big loss.

Going to the UK/UL baseball game tonight. Never been to JP but I've heard great things.

They do sell beer, right?

I completely bombed a best man speech a few years back. I have to speak in public all the time so I wasn't even sweating it... did a general outline... figured I'd speak from the heart on the details... Nope. Completely lost track shortly after starting and just meandered aimlessly.

Humbling experience.

A former player of mine and current Bowling Green High assistant coach is a died in the wool Tar Heel fan. Meaning, he was born and raised in Ky, has never set foot on Chapel Hill, wears Jumpan gear for all occasions, loves their pretty colors, and most importantly - became a fan just to be a contrarian. That's why I'm RTing the heck out of those academic articles on Twitter. He has finally taken the bait.

Getting the touch out of dodge for Derby this year. It's the lassy's best friend from growing up 30th &
we're renting a house in the mountains near Asheville with 4 other couples. Hiking, white water rafting, tunes, grilling and as far as I'm concerned, an over indulgence of crafties.

Looking forward to it, tbh. The Derby isn't going anywhere and the last few years by the time Saturday at 6:00 or whatever hits I'm a zombie.

^ so you aren't going there to lay up, is what you're saying?

5th annual Derby Vaca for us. It's a great week to miss work if you're in sales -- nobody does ****, Oaks is an official holiday, etc.

Derby season is amazing, but I don't participate in that stuff anymore for the most part. Haven't ever felt like I'm missing out on anything during this stretch of life...like you said, it's always going to be there -- and we always find a spot to gambol and watch wherever we are. #TwinSpires

Frankly, Chad, I'm getting tired of your homer *** tossing shade at minor league soccer.

It's time for you to embrace FC Cincinnati and stop being a contrarian jerk wad.

And for the record, USL is no longer 3rd tier. We are now equal if not superior to the NASL.

Well, I am taking a bit of a break from sports so I suppose I could try soccer.

Horse racing sucks.

How are you even a Kentuckian? What else sucks, Chase, you F-wad? Basketball? Bourbon? Racism? Fried foods? Wearing a shirt? Pissing outside? Sloots from EKy? Sloots from WKy? Naming your dog after Kentucky basketball icons? Bandits? Lowered pink S-10s? Hanging a "Beware of Dog" sign in your window? Crocs? Sturgill Simpson?

Move to Ohio and buy some Air Maxes, butthole.

None of you all like horse racing either, except maybe the chronic gamblers. But then those guys don't really like the sport, they like gambling.

You like the pomp and circumstance, putting your cute little outfits on, and jacking off to OMG LOUISVILLE. But you don't actually like horse racing. And that's okay...because it sucks.

If you liked horse racing, you'd follow it. We'd hear about it every now and then other than the discussion about what outfit you're wearing to Keeneland. We'd hear about jockeys, horses, important races, etc... But, we don't...because none of you actually like horse racing. And that's okay...because it sucks.

You guys like the idea of horse racing, the pageantry, the excuse to get out and drink, the reason to whack off to your city about something other than your high school, but none of you actually like horse racing. And that's okay...because it sucks.
