What's 2nd place payout? Unlike CB I do have a price as it relates to UNC.

They're going to win anyway. Marcus.

It's a charitable bracket challenge.

My conscience is pretty clear for OH NOES filling out an extra bracket.
[eyeroll] at filling out multiple brackets, but couldn't be bothered to pick UK to win one of them. Way to be charitable....

All American Spring Weekend, just what I needed to turn the corner from that disappointing March.

-Hit the Boat Friday night...had a nice run, then got down to my last budgeted $5 on BlackJack. Turned that $5 into $390, before starting another cold streak and cashing out at $350. Quite a run. Have fallen in love with that game over the past year, feel like I have a decent handle on it, finally.

-Demo Day & Opening Day Best Ball Stableford on Saturday -- played like ****. Sushi Nightcap w/ the wife, along w/ some DVR.

-Standing game on Sunday w/ a group of 12, 27 holes -- won a little $$$, absolute perfect day for Golf. Sunburn Jamison on the dome, though. Glad to get that out of the way early.

-Broke the winter rust off the Egg last night w/ a Costco Prime Strip, and a few beers on the back porch. Had that ***** pegged back to 300. Not sure if that's accurate, probably not, but that sucker can get so hot it's unreal. Ruby Style Crust.

-Couldn't care less about women's anything obviously, but that LPGA mess was a complete travesty. Flipped over for the playoff after seeing Twitter blow up, pretty heartbreaking to watch. Props to that gal for rallying w/ 3 birdies to finish, and handling that situation with way more class than I would have been able to do. Golf is my game, but it's really annoying & embarrassing sometimes. [eyeroll]

Seems like the LPGA won in the end, can't ever recall a time when they were the focus of the sports world, even if only for an hour or so. Every major journalist and 80% of regular Tour Pros were tweeting about it -- wonder what their ratings spike was over the normal?

-Reds [laughing]. Losers. Happy Opening Day to all my friends, though -- seems like a fun day to gather with like-minded friends and at least pretend to be excited/optimistic about the season -- and a bonus Monday off work to revel in April is always a good thing, I'd imagine.

-Watched the 2nd Half of Gonzaga/SC, and the 1st half of UNC/Oregon -- didn't have the energy for much more. Saw some highlights, and people crying about the Meeks over the back/push on that FT -- sorry, if you don't make ANY attempt to block out on a FT w/ pre-established position, or just get pushed under the rim like a *****, you don't deserve that call. That was a really bizarre play from Bell, wtf?

That said, UNC sure is getting lucky. 3 straight games. I feel it comin

-4 weeks til Euro '17. [cheers]

-Taking recs for hot new starlets. I'm really slipping these days.

Spent yesterday afternoon with another dad enjoying some crafties outside while our sons ran around Washington Park playing Pokémon Go.

Probably annoyed a lot of hipsters.

-Masters week!! Per typical I'm working this weekend. Kick on the streaming and background noise the whole time.

-Nice lil ride. Except I need to shed the March extra lbs. Shew. Gorgeous outside yesterday.

-Tend to forget about Cole's but they have solid food.

-Actually looking forward to the Reds this season. They're not going to be good but fresh and young. I'll take it.

-Rules of golf are dumb sometimes and is way too long/expensive. They are going in the right direction with the rule changes but until they fix all that it'll continue to lose interest. Be fun once I can take G out but I just don't see how a dad with young kids could play regularly. Sloot would choke me if I was out 6 hours with the guys every Sunday. Rightfully so. Also, that Lexi chick is pretty hot. First time I've looked her up.

-Other than Derby and 2 weekends of vacation, long run of at home weekends on tap. :raised_hands:

-Reviving my pillow fort and tunnel building skills. Being a kid was awesome.

Berger has wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much swag to be mentioned with Clark in the same sentence. Talk about polar opposites -- I can see it, though.

Wildcatchad's best drinking buddy these days is a dead of a ringer for Davis Love. As much of a clone of another person's face as anyone I've ever met that I can think of.

Wodie... Did you drop Woodhaven and join the club that you can essentially walk onto from your backyard? I can see where that makes sense. That setup of yours based on the snaps looks dope.

^ Glad that's settled.

-Richie, yes. We bought in on a corporate level, which gives us a vote and a small ownership stake. Made sense for us, and I definitely want to get involved & on the board, sooner than later. They need new blood, which is par for the course (npi) in the struggling country club scene. It's a nice fun & humble place, really excited for the summer.

Was paying dues at BOTH clubs for the last 6 months, which was not fantastic. Thankfully, that ended on April 1st.

Assuming you are talking about South Park. Rumblings in the South that if Memberships don't improve in 17 that there is legitimate talk of closing in the future??

Any truth to that?? A Member told me the club lost $100,000 in 2016

Good news is they're in Fairdale so they shouldn't have a problem finding a Mexican restaurant to occupy the clubhouse.

-Cal's comments about not taking grad transfers were mainly him lamenting that it hurts the mid-major coaches who had worked so hard to find/develop those guys. That's why taking a Cam Johnson is perfect....it's a two-year deal, immediate impact, SHOOTER, from a high major and it twists the knife inside Kevin Stallings. Win/win/win/win/WIN.

-Archie's gonna kill it at IU, but I gotta admit that him adding Bruiser Flint as his 1st assistant is a bit strange. I get that having a former head coach on your staff is a solid idea...I just thought that he'd immediately go with someone who has stronger ties to the area.

-Opening Day just needs to be a legit Opening Day again. Start the season on Monday afternoon in Cincy. That's the way it should always be. I don't mind a random made-for-ESPN Sunday night game too much on the night before, but that should be it. None of this Yankees-at-Rays-on-Sunday-afternoon nonsense.

-Watched every minute of Saturday night. Wasn't bothered until Oregon went all Rec League Super Team and dropped the platter that UNC was handing them the game on. Will watch tonight too, but if UNC pulls away, won't hesitate to flip over to Rangers-TRIBE.

-Why doesn't Grant Hill wear the CBS logo blazer like Nantz and Raftery do? Bugs me.

-Pulling for J-Day this week, per usual....unless Anthony Kim and/or Corey Pavin somehow slip in there.

That Lexi chick did do a pretty ****** job of marking her ball. To penalize the next day was BS but she was lazy in marking it.

It was a lapse, for sure -- but not malicious/intentional, and had ZERO effect on anything -- which is what these new proposed rules are finally addressing w/ regards to rulings.

4 strokes? It was a tap in, and cost her a cruising victory in a Major Championship. [eyeroll]

It's more about letting TV viewers call in and essentially make rulings. It's absolute ********. Players, coaches, officials miss calls all the time, in every sport.

If she was in a hurry she would have tapped in like any of us would have instead of marking a leather putt -- and won a Major Championship by 4 strokes.

Manual labor weekend for El Bonzi...

...Snagged a thatcher from Home Depot Saturday morning and proceeded to shred my front and back lawn. 16 yard waste bags of grass and hay removed. A 40# bag of Rebel fescue applied and some serious soaking rounded out Saturday. Absolute ball buster but yard already looks much improved.

Spent Sunday moving grandmother from one condo to another while constantly cussing under my breath for not renting movers. Penny wise and pound foolish there [eyeroll].

Opening Day :baseball: = much welcome addition to daily life. Usually flip on MLBtv couple nights a week during spring / summer when nothing else is on, take in a few innings.

Along those lines, when are leagues going to get with the cable / satellite companies and allow the consumer to by a season pass for a team? Would gladly drop a Ben Franklin if I could tune in nightly to the Nats instead of being force fed that River Bats all-star club in the queen city.

Not even going to begin to get my hopes up for an upset tonight. Too much talent and as noted, the Tarheels have a horseshoe lodged up their dickholes. Baby blue cruises much of the second half and Roy / unc skate for a few more years.

-New patio we installed late in the fall finally paying dividends. Like having a new living room when the weather is pleasant, and no longer simply a place where Dad goes to start a fire and get drunk by himself.

-Family getaway this week. Charleston next Wed-Fri for client relations. Derby season. Summer. [thumb2]

-Was having a nice little Sunday until my CPA, whom I haven't heard from in over a month since providing my information, emails in the afternoon with a couple silly questions then alludes to my owing the IRS. I responded immediately, then he goes radio silent. Insert anxiety. Thanks, dick. Couldn't have waited until Monday morning?

-I ate pizza for dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

-Bell's Oberon is possibly my favorite beer.

-Sounds like a pretty good spring so far for the football team. No injuries and seemingly no OMFG WE'RE F'D AT THE _____ POSITION. I'll take it. Reportedly a mouthy little bunch, though. Mixed feelings there.

-Potentially my best "That's Life" rendition at Patrick's late Saturday night.

Never had my swag level questioned before. Coming off a huge weekend as a matter of fact. Mowed, pulled weeds, put down 10 more bales of pine straw, washed both the Honda and the Subaru. Fought through the rain on the commute this morning and am looking out on my 3rd excel sheet already.

That controversy probably bumped the LPGA TV ratings up to about 5X's what it wouldve been. That gal's instagram page is basically videos of her working out in spandex so she probably got a ton of followers out of it.

Cats taking 2 of 3 from a good Vandy team is strong. They will throw a usual mid-week starter vs UL this week and may get hit pretty hard- but those mid week games really dont mean ****. Take care of business on the weekends. They've got 2-3 starters that are good enough to win them a series in the post season.

I gave two of our Master's tickets to a buddy, then noticed Wednesday badges are going for about $1k online. It'll be cool to go with some friends, but maybe not as cool as having a couple thousand bucks.

ESPN Sunday night baseball always gives a nostalgia feeling. That was appointment viewing growing up.

Where in the world is SGNI for spring break?

Speaking of taxes. Plan was to file married but filing separately and be at a wash for federal taxes. Then the CPA mentions that doing that makes me ineligible for a ROTH (company dropped the 401K at the end of the year). So now I have to choose to file jointly and pay $800 (not bad compared to other years) and drop 4K+ into the Roth by 4/15.

Really glad they have made saving for retirement difficult for regular people.

-St Augustine area with the family. First time here, nice and low key. No krazykats sightings.

-end of CBB usually lined up with GoT starting back up a few weeks later. Now waiting until July for that nonsense. At least Better Call Saul is on the way.
