Do you know what's so great about March Madness?

One of Baylor, South Carolina, Florida, Wisconsin, Xavier, or Gonzaga are guaranteed to play for the title.

WOW. :basketball::basketball::basketball:

Baylor is going to kick the **** out of South Carolina. #LockItUp

Line is now UCLA -1.5, guess the big boys were waiting for it to get over to UK's side before pouncing, b/c they clearly have.

He's 26-14 this March Madness (65%), which is pretty incredible.

Can't remember his record last year (was better than that), but ABH/Anth/Myself cashed in over 3K on the tournament. Dude crushes Feb & March, or at least he has the 3 years I've been following.

He loses like anyone else, just way less.

Just imagine if they had good players & athletes, or a few NBA Hall of Famers? Holy ****!

Pretty good for a bunch of chalky stiffs though, I agree.

Clay Travis is killing it with his NCAAT picks as well. Around 65% to 70%, I believe.

HOWEVER, there is a 0.0% chance he's not getting these picks fed to him by some service. Dude hasn't watched a regular season college basketball game this year (or ever, as far as I can tell), so there's no way he's picking ATS, totals, etc., with this much accuracy without somebody else doing it for him.

When he makes his CFB picks (which are generally good) he gives reasons for each pick, explains why he's doing so, he cites stats, previous games, trends, players, etc. When he makes his CBB picks, he adds no rationale at all. Not a word.

Cheater.

Two of Gonzaga, Xavier, Florida, Wisconsin, Baylor and South Carolina will make up half the Final Four. One of them will play for the national championship. o_O

Happens every so often- see Georgia Tech, Butler, etc.

Well, luckily we'll likely only have to go through UCLA, UNC, and Kansas to play for the title.

Only one more thing left to do....

Major League has held up really well over time. It's nearly 30 years old.

The expert money shifting hard to UCLA was a given. Its tough to look at many areas where we are the better team, beat head to head at home, a tendency to get behind early, going against a hyped up POY... When you take the fan aspect out of it, UCLA is the pick.... good thing is that doesnt really mean **** in a one game scenario.

Didnt tell my wife about this Memphis trip until like Wednesday.
"Oh hey UK is playing in Memphis Friday and i've got tickets..."
"Oh fun! What time are we leaving?"

She took it well, but pretty sure there will be some bogus charges hitting the Amex sometime Saturday.

We ripped on people for calling Monk streaky... but I mean, he's pretty streaky.

The Bonz wearing a UK deep v-neck tee with a sport coat to work is a strong play. Power move.

"Hey UCLA- take your BALL and go home!!!" <---- owns rights.

No way the picture on the right is from his later Memphis years, so yes men age from their mid-40's to their late-50's.

Derrick Rose went from a young black elite athlete to an aging Asian man. So Cal's looking pretty good, IMO.

Gottlieb says Alford to IU is "done."

Can you imagine the hubbub if -- right before the biggest game of the year -- rumors were circulating that our coach was leaving for another college job? Lotta folks still haven't forgiven Rex Chapman for his pill-induced declaration that Cal was leaving for LA before the 2014 title game.

lol nobody cares about you, UCLA.

University of fans couldn't
Care
Less about
Alford

And for good measure, "keeping it in the family" is incredibly short sighted. As if the only way to win at any given program is to somehow know and understand the inner workings of the athletic department, the fans, etc. Ridiculous.

Going OUTSIDE of the family has been hugely instrumental to Kentucky's long running success. You know what we value in a head coach? Winning.
