but they are the 3 seed and we are the 2 seed for a reason.

When you have people saying they could have been a 1......well yes.....that's overrating

Yeah, but don't you think UCLA is just a bad match up with us? They are huge and fast but I know they don't play great defense. Maybe we will get past state and then be out for revenge

I hope that our defense has improved to the point where they don't shoot a crazy % vs us like they did game 1.

I mean it's gonna be a close game more than likely.

But I think it would have been the case with Baylor and Oregon as well.

I don't think there's large differences between these teams where people are thinking that one is massively better than the others. Especially when one of those other teams was a team in their conference that finished higher than they did and outscored their conference opponents by way more than UCLA did. Granted they are without a key player right now.

Not sure how it can be justified to have Wisc and NW as both 8 seeds. Wisconsin better than an 8. I would say a 6.

You do realize they split their season matchup, correct?

Butler looks so slow an unathletic in the front court. UNC**** should run right through them if they manage to beat MTSU. Looks like the selection committee did their job for both UNC*** and Duke.

People overrate UCLA. They were 3rd in a Pac 12 conference that was weaker than the SEC this season.

It's all perception and big names. People see UNC and think man that's way harder than Nova and Kansas, although both had better resumes than UNC. Same goes with UCLA, when Baylor and Oregon had better resumes.

According to the comittees, it goes ACC, PAC12. I've heard that mentioned a few times, no idea where SEC falls in their eyes.

I think 3 was pretty fair.

There seems to be a perception they were under seeded and IMO that's just not accurate.

Seeded where they should be and not much better than any other 3s

Yeah, but that is only one factor in seeding. We split with Florida and we go the 2. They got the 4.

Plus, Wisconsin finished better in the conference and blew out NW on March 11. They were clearly the better team of the two. Not sure you can deny that?
