They will need to weigh some of the championship games Sunday. Said some seeds might change.

Thank you for posting this shut up all the naysayers
I thought I heard him say that the PAC game and the ACC game may affect the 1 seeds. He didn't say anything about the SEC tomorrow.
Naysayers? They've said often that the seeds are done before Sunday. They've said this publicly. On record. So if they actually take it into consideration this year, I'd be shocked.Thank you for posting this shut up all the naysayers
He didnt say anything for or against any of the games in particular but he said the games tomorrow could affect seeding .I thought I heard him say that the PAC game and the ACC game may affect the 1 seeds. He didn't say anything about the SEC tomorrow.
Oh, well I saw someone from the committee being interviewed on CBS a few minutes after our game ended (shortly after Seth's comments about us being an early upset candidate in the tourney), and the guy specifically said 6 teams were in contention for the 1 seeds, and that the PAC game and maybe the ACC game tonight could have an impact. Of course he mentioned the ACC and 6 teams for the 1 seed. Morons are actually and seriously discussing Puke for this damned #1 seed. If that happens, I may well blow a gasket.Oh, well I saw someone from the committee being interviewed on CBS a few minutes after our game ended (shortly after Seth's comments about us being an early upset candidate in the tourney), and the guy specifically said 6 teams were in contention for the 1 seeds, and that the PAC game and maybe the ACC game tonight could have an impact. Wasn't hard to find:
"• The results of major conference tournaments—particularly the championship games played on Selection Sunday—also aren't nearly as drastic as many want to believe. Worlock said that even if Kentucky had beaten Florida (the No. 1 overall seed) in last year's SEC Championship Game, the Wildcats were still going to be the No. 8 seed in the Midwest Region."

Really? Is he implying that Duke could be a #1 seed if they win the ACCT? That's crazy if so.I thought I heard him say that the PAC game and the ACC game may affect the 1 seeds. He didn't say anything about the SEC tomorrow.
As sad as it sounds, Puke has a better chance at that 1 in the south today than we do tomorrow. Because that's how this works. Tomorrow, for us, is simply for bragging rights, but more importantly, to SOLIDIFY that 2 seed and not give the committee reason to drop us to a 3. Bastards. We locked up a 2 seed today.
A win tomorrow and we will be #1 in the South.
Clearly that is what he is saying. 6 teams vying for a 1 seed, and ND ain't in the running....Really? Is he implying that Duke could be a #1 seed if they win the ACCT? That's crazy if so.
Duke plays for ACCT tonight.Clearly that is what he is saying. 6 teams vying for a 1 seed, and ND ain't in the running....
Nope. He blatantly said today's ACC game could affect the 1 seed outcome. He straight up said that, verbatim-ish.Duke plays for ACCT tonight.
The Chair was talking about Sunday.
Only the SEC and Big Ten play on Sun.
I hope ND beats their a$$ tonight.Clearly that is what he is saying. 6 teams vying for a 1 seed, and ND ain't in the running....
