I think you got it mixed up............coaches vote for players they have seen up close and who go all out on both ends of the floor cause that's what every coach wants in a player. AP pole is a popularity contest by far. Like one poster said..........without Monk, UK makes the tourney easily. Without Thornwell, SC might have a shot at the NIT at best.

Where can I find this AP pole...?

In case y'all didn't know, the AP will always be UK biased because of the number of media outlets that cover UK throughout the state. The Coaches awards are closer to reality, the AP awards are to appease UK's fanbase. Always been that way, and I would imagine, it always will be.

Edit: I'm sure most of y'all already knew this.

Who asked you...

If I could have 1 player in the SEC it's Monk or Robert Williams. That answer alone shows how ridiculous it is to give it to whoever has the most talent.

Nobody, obviously.

I just thought I would provide some perspective. Some UK fans, hell, some fans of all fanbases tend to forget that there is a world outside of their team.

Hey, I fixed this spelling error just for you. I always love the guys that couldn't get a D on an English paper, but hawk typos on a message board. Try typing in the dark in a hurry with kids driving you crazy every now and then, then you'll feel my pain.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

A "poll" and a "pole" are two completely different entities...

It is not like Thorwell played on a bottom feeder. I will agree the suspension probably should be a factor against Thornwell.
