The best is the Duke taught head jerk he did after almsot taking that guys head off.

That head fake should be ruled the same way a "flop" is ruled. Both Duke and UofL do it the most, but I am wondering if refs or leagues have told coaches to cut that out becasue I have seen less of that overall this year.
