Baseball players are constantly grabbing their crotches and no one thinks anything about it.
They are playing and sweating. Cal was doing it as a statement about the officiating.
Under previous administrations Cal would have been forced to resign. Under the current regime that type of behavior is not only acceptable...it is encouraged.

I think we all knew from the first game Cal coached at Kentucky he was a potty mouth. Some men must use slang and vulgarity to communicate as they are at a loss for words, have a limited vocabulary or would rather use "shock" to get their point across. This was Cal being Cal.
