You buy him out in March or April for $2.5 million. Tell him he takes that or he can take $1 million on 7/1.

IU fans are just defeated right now. It's great.

I mean, their AD hasn't made a good hire since 1972 and has made 3 bad ones in the last 20 years.

And there was so much hope and hype after the big win against KU and some early season success. Makes it even better.

Also, Northwestern may make the tournament for the first time ever while IU goes NIT'ing.

My pup chewed up my beloved Reef flops I bought for the 2006 Fourth of July GYERO HHI excursion. They were still going strong. So went with some Rainbows which I plan to debut this May. I love rocking flops just on the off chance I run into SAE.
PROTIP: break those in a little bit around the house now, be ready to rock come May.

Really think Cal enjoys February because March is coming up and he likes to rally the team and get them excited about the tournament. Get that January and February are important, but SEC basketball is pure hot **** and does nothing to get us better and we only develop bad habits. Cal's practices now focus more on what we're doing and how we're going to win in March when it matters, but we still need to take care of Georgia this Saturday.

* Virginia really misses Malcom Brogdon.

* Saturday will tell us a lot about this team. Georgia seems to always play out of its *** against us, and I'm sure this weekend will be no exception. We win this one, we should win out.

* Somehow, Tubby Smith managed to coach 10 years at the University of Kentucky without ever recruiting a player who would go on to play in the Final Four (Saul doesn't count, idiots) or get drafted in the lottery. That's damn near impossible to believe.

I also hate the SEC.

WTF does "chip on the shoulder" even mean? Seems like a good thing to me. I mean - free chip.
Its origins are pretty awesome.
"'He waylay me', said I, 'the mean sneaking fellow - I am only afraid that he will sue me for damages. Oh! if I only could get him to knock a chip off my shoulder, and so get round the law, I would give him one of the soundest thrashings he ever had.'"

Hoping Cal gets the team together at his house tonight before leaving for Athens and lets them know that these shitshow SEC road trips are about to be over. Have to think they're getting tired of the refs and these ******* crowds every game. Think if these guys see the light and realize March is played on neutral courts chalk full of blue they'll take care of business until then. Monk has to keep getting open looks and with Fox near 100% we should see more of what we saw in December.

Personally, I'm a little jarred that Pitino would flick
off the fans in Rupp. Going to take some time to digest. That being said, I don't blame him one bit for doing so. Perhaps he's had enough.

Hey look, an original thought. Try that posting style sometime, rich. Years of needlessly paraphrasing others seems to have run its course.

I see it both ways, you can flip a finger upward into the "FU" standard position. And the said finger can also be flicked into place by the perpetrator.

Room for both.

Best part of SAE's mocks: starting sentences without a subject noun.

Love ya, Richie, but that sh*t drives me crazy. The reader has to read each sentence twice to know wtf you're talking about.

Like the 6:00 pm tip. Think sometimes the early road games screw up our usual fast pace because guys are still waking up. Cal likes to practice most afternoons because he's been on the road recruiting late or had some other obligation with the university. The guy never says no and embraces the platform of the job, something that's unique to the position. If we get up early he needs to make sure they close the door which will be critical in March. This team can't afford to relax.

It's not hard to get tickets. It may cost more for big games, but they're available for purchase.

Team Richie. I sometimes feel he's my only true blue counterpart on here.

What I'm saying is- we know and love UK basketball more than the rest of you.

And you're pricks with bad attitudes.
