Very effective. They had a lucky bounce 3 and that's been it for a long while.

If they can't guard man to man at least let our length and quickness bother teams in a zone.

Gotta be demoralizing for Georgia. They started 9-10, built a 14 point lead, we spent a good 14 minutes of game time reaching into our shorts flinging our own **** at the basket and it's tied at halftime.

I mean Cal had absolutely no choice but to play zone given our personnel and inability to do anything w/ Maten, but I'm still somewhat surprised he swallowed his pride enough to do so.

Briscoe is the least of our worries. Like to see him make more of those lay ups off the glass but who else with our personnel other than Monk or Fox can bounce it and get a bucket at the rack? Nobody. And again, Hawkins is a smart defensive player that is limited on offense. Nothing more. Nothing less.

All you guys out there, you basketball bennies, saying 'he never plays zone.' I played some zone today, how did it look? Three, three, basket. OK. Now you know why I don't play zone.

It's those things. Have a chance to get Willis a open 3 to really put the screws down and Bricker goes wide right with the pass.
