How to best get SEC Tournament Tickets

Just took my first look at ticket broker websites for the SEC Tournament this season! WOW!!! Right now lowers are $1,000 per ticket all the way up to $2500 per ticket for the entire session. Last year I paid $1200 for TWO lowers the craigslist! Anyone have any tips on how to get tickets for this event and not pay ticket broker prices???

Go to other schools website ticket sales. Most schools never sale their allotment .

I do not think this process works any longer. The SEC has ask schools to only sell ticket books to season ticket holders and return what is not sold to the SEC. Checking craigslist for other SEC cities might be a great idea though!

We used to join a rival's booster club, with an address from that state (helps to have a big extended family). We always got 8 tickets that way. Haven't tried this since 2013, as the hassle of going is too much for this old guy.

Yeah I would actually take from Friday on. Do not really care about Wednesday and Thursday!
