Boy, you sure took the bait. I'll be happy with just one..
I doubt we have two LOI's.... There isnt even a hint of another player about to decide...
Thought there was something in the HOB thread about Green that might have implied there was more than QG? I'll go back over and look for it. Damn, there's so much info in the QG threads, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
@Wildcat-in-STL It was @Cat Ballou on page 3 of TJ's QG thread, said Fisher is reporting something on TOS about another possible Fall signee. Then folks went on to discuss whether or not the person had already signed or what. Obviously, given the timeline, UK would have to have the LOI if it's a Fall "Signee", right?
Vanderbilt seems the most likely simply because there was a ton of unnoticed ball movement today
I didn't think about Diallo. If it turns out it's not just a rumor but actually true, I wouldn't be bummed out if the second LOI was signed by Diallo. That kid is no scrub on the basketball court and has as much upside as any recruit in the entire recruiting class. When you can handle the ball well while standing 6'5 and can also jump out of the gym, a bright future in basketball is usually the case. We sometimes worry about a kid's shooting, but never consider shooting is something you can teach. I know a kid doesn't improve from bad outside shooter to Steph Curry level shooter in just his freshman season, but a talent with the tools a kid like Diallo brings to the floor don't have to reach Curry level as a shooter to become one of the best. If Curry could fly like Diallo, he probably wouldn't be the outside shooter he is today. I would be happy to know our backcourt for next season is Green and Diallo. I don't know who signed the second LOI, or if it's even true, but if it's true, let's hope big and hope it's Knox, Bamba or Diallo. Any of the three would be awesome news for our future Kentucky roster!

thanks... man there is just so much in so many different threads its almost impossible to keep up with it all. Especially if you are reading multiple boards than just this site. If Fisher indeed meant another LOI..... heck the weird rules........ in the next week and a half.... any player can sign papers and just put this past Wed's date on it and its good to go.
Vanderbilt told Ben Roberts in the last few days he wouldn't sign early. Could be throwing him off the trail but I assume he will sign in the spring.
I think most of us are just searching it out to see if its true or not. I'll believe it only when it happens but some here might be allowing themselves to get a bit too over excited prematurely.

It would be a bit foolish if Vanderbilt committed to UK right now. Gabriel and SKJ both might come back. Then you have a very real possibility of Bamba playing the 4 for UK next year. Then there’s Washington at the 3/4. Also, where do people get the idea of Vanderbilt playing the wing? He doesn't have the skills to play the wing.

Apparently came from a Facebook group and it went to a few people on Twitter. The guy says it's confirmed that UK received 2 LOI's on Wednesday. I think it started from a post on HOB and Cal saying UK won't release any info on signers and they may sign 5 or 6. Guess we will find out soon enough if it's 4 or 5 in the fall class

It's on Kentucky 247 in the VIP section. I'm not gonna copy and paste but Fisher did say he heard they got a second LOI. He did not say who it was from though. He seemed pretty confident.
This stuff just keeps getting crazier and crazier....would be cool to snag Bamba, but who knows!
