us with his latest bs..."This recruiting class is my Best ever.".Really Rick..another group of also rans that turned down all the Mid Major basketball schools,but not a single one was sought by UK..
Of course when you don't have the extra benefits of Hookers and Strippers to lure these players

one of these guys was ranked #51 ...Wow!!!! I guess that is a reason for celebration in
the uavel camp..We are used to Top 5 players..but the Best ever Come On Man,,,when does the hyperbole machine stop at Little Brother..

This is a silly comment for Rick to make. I know you want to pump up the kids on your roster, but come on! Even those kids are shaking their heads after reading this. Rick has coached a lot of talent during his coaching career.The man has recruited a lot of talent at Kentucky and UL. No way is this class his best ever. None of these kids in his greatest recruiting class ever was rated that high, and none have even proven they are good players yet.The man is known for always saying something is the best ever, but Rick, if you're going to make a comment like this, at least make sure the kids are capable of backing your talk up. The truth is, these kids are probably not talented enough today, maybe ever. What a joke!

I heard him just a few minutes ago, and what I heard him say was that it was his best class at UL. Still a stupid statement.

Pitino kills me with how he hones in on recruits that could possibly be as good as the 1 out 10 he had in the past that actually were good. You know, the next Mash, the next Epps, the next Mercer, and so on and so forth. He finds one solid, foreign big, so what does he do? Recruits three more bigs from out-of-country--all of which suck.

He made the comment because of one thing. It was to say that the scandal, the sanctions, the threat of more....has not harmed our recruiting one little bit. In fact we just brought in the best class ever....that is how meaningless the whole scandal is.

It is a narrative that he and their propaganda machine is trying to sell to their fans.

Lord Turtleneck and Pitino are not "trying" to sell their propaganda..........the UL fans have bought in, hook, line and sinker. I am waiting for Pitino to pull his piccolo out and lead them into the Ohio River.
