I went to college with him. He was a fraternity brother of mine. He had a Tommy Hilfiger tat back in 1995. Also he does not know that its me from my avatar on twitter and banned me after multiple times of trolling. He unfriended every UK fan on his Facebook after the 2014 game in Indy.

Was he one of those douchebags who lived out on Calumet?

- Think cclark is going to think he died and went to heaven (Iowa) with his upcoming trip to the Windy City. Just a weekend long party in Chicago. Awesome.

- 33-24 road victory. Snell with 115 and two scores sounds right.

- Buddy snagged tickets to Dream Theater tonight at the Palace a few months ago, just reminded me I opted in. Technically savvy progressive rock band from Berklee with a ridiculous drummer. Marcus...

- I usually only watch SportsCenter for NBA highlights, so forgive me for being late to the Cari Champion party.

Mercy [smoke]

- Bloody Mary breakfast for the Skins game Sunday. Zing Zang, of course.

- Out for the Vegas basketball pilgrimage, just can't swing that sticker price so close to the holidays. Instead going all-in on the game at the Yum Center. Feel I need to take in this game while both HoF coaches are still on the bench and the HIV is likely to take out Rick soon.

- Clemson walks out of Tallahassee with a 'w' and they're sitting pretty with the rest of their ACC schedule and blockade on LAMAR in the playoffs. Don't touch it up, Dabo.

Designated Survivor has been quite good. Very 24 feel to it.

Looking forward to a few upcoming movies:

Designated Survivor is awful. Jesus.

Also, after meeting Joey one time and then playing some nerdy head-to-head iphone games with him, I can pretty much verify that he's basically a good fella. Just wants to share a bit of knowledge on things in his wheel house and wants everyone to be cool.

Bryson on Australia(which he adores)

“Australians are very unfair in this way. They spend half of any conversation insisting that the country's dangers are vastly overrated and that there's nothing to worry about, and the other half telling you how six months ago their Uncle Bob was driving to Mudgee when a tiger snake slid out from under the dashboard and bit him on the groin, but that it's okay now because he's off the life support machine and they've discovered he can communicate with eye blinks.”
Bill Bryson, In a Sunburned Country

“[Australia] is the home of the largest living thing on earth, the Great Barrier Reef, and of the largest monolith, Ayers Rock (or Uluru to use its now-official, more respectful Aboriginal name). It has more things that will kill you than anywhere else. Of the world's ten most poisonous snakes, all are Australian. Five of its creatures - the funnel web spider, box jellyfish, blue-ringed octopus, paralysis tick, and stonefish - are the most lethal of their type in the world. This is a country where even the fluffiest of caterpillars can lay you out with a toxic nip, where seashells will not just sting you but actually sometimes go for you. ... If you are not stung or pronged to death in some unexpected manner, you may be fatally chomped by sharks or crocodiles, or carried helplessly out to sea by irresistible currents, or left to stagger to an unhappy death in the baking outback. It's a tough place.”
Bill Bryson, In a Sunburned Country

Nevertheless, Australia is freaking awesome.

-Two episodes of "Designated Survivor" sitting on the DVR right now thanks to playoff baseball. If Kiefer wasn't in it, I'd have dropped it already, because the writing is terrible and the acting is cheesy. So whose opinion do I trust when deciding whether to catch up on it....Doc or Clark? Tough call there.

-Justin Fuente and VaTech's program in general are both pretty likeable. That was a great game last night. Bothered me all night that Pitt committed PI on basically every play, and that the shade of blue on their helmet didn't come close to matching the blue on their jerseys.

-Pumpkin carving can get pumped.

-Still think it's Cubs in six(unfortunately), but if Cleveland can steal one at Wrigley, I wouldn't put it past those dirtbags to shock the world in Game 7, especially with Kluber on the mound.

-I don't like that John Petty trip cancellation news. Not one bit.

"Is he breathing, he's not breathing, I'm going to go in there and check, oh ****... oh nevermind he's breathing normally like the 5 other times I checked tonight."

:joy: yep, I did the same ****, as do most parents. Whats funny is my daughter is 10 and I still do it. I got up the other night to take a piss around 3am and had given my daughter some medicine for her cold and suddenly had a panic attack for no reason at all and ran in her room to make sure she was breathing. Weird, I know, but when Ill never stop worrying about little things like that.

My daughter has choked twice now, once in a car with me and my girlfriend while eating an oyster cracker and once at school on a jolly rancher, both times resulting in her turning purple and the Heimlich being done. That call from school was the most terrifying 30 seconds of my life. She chokes because she never shuts her mouth and stops talking, so every single day I drop her off at school I tell her to make sure she chews her food and stop talking. I refuse to let her eat alone and I wont let her take food into her room to snack on unless its yogurt. And i get panic attacks in the middle of the day thinking about it.

Im sure Joey has a podcast he link that says I should home school her and she should sleep in my bed until shes 16, but shes managed to be a pretty badass kid sleeping in her crib in her room with a tv monitor her first year. Amazing.

I have made multiple trips to Australia now. A terrifyingly underrated creature is this diseased thing just hanging around in the gardens in Sydney.

- Can't we just run the ball right down their throat tmw and play ball control and then setup the pass?

- Watching that SEC Inside feature on the Miss St it's clear as day this group loves their coach and is fighting for him. Taking on his scrappy personality. That show was incredibly well produced. Stoops' lockeroom speech postgame was awesome.

- Today's weather is graden variety. High of 71. Cool mng night.

- Butchertown Grocery tonight for the lassy's bday. Never been. Looking forward. Heard great things. Thinking Steak Frites and some New Orleans BBQ shrimp.

- Picked up some Three Floyd's Gumball Head at the wodie little liquor store near BBDK's old pad on South Third. Place has an unreal beer and bourbon selection. Best keep secret.

So the beak guy is >40? :joy:

Wait, is he disabled?

He is 42. Not disabled. His whole family and all of his friends from home are UK fans. He's just one of "those" guys. A bunch of us went on spring break in 1995 and came back to my parents house after we returned and was talking **** to my parents about UK in 1995. I mean that was prime Pitino and decline of Denny.

Add me to the list of turbo excited w/ no plans this weekend.

-First real weekend at home to enjoy the new crib w/ no projects, unpacking, trips, funerals, etc. Family (real family) over tonight for a little grill out while firing up the Fire Pit for the first time.

Noon game Saturday to enjoy my first UK game at home & full CFB #Gambol slate in the Basement I've dreamed about for 20 years. Probably drink an entire bottle of bourbon and cap the night w/ a fat steak on the patio & another fire. May sneak in a few bogeys in the morning to pass the time.

Can only dream about cold and ****** weather on Sunday to enjoy my first fun at-home hangover, capped by KENTUCKY BASKETBALL on Sunday evening.

Basically, what Fall is all about minus it feeling like Cancun outside.

[cheers]

-Haven't heard a bad thing about Butchertown, which means Richie will likely hate it. That upstairs speakeasy looks dope AF. Be a man and get that 55 day aged Bone-In Ribeye, Rich.

Already miss that liquor store, family dinner worthy dudes in there, too.

Wouldn't hesitate even for a second to kick some little dirtbag piece of **** out of my house for doing that. You're one of my son's punk *** teenage sons and you come into my home and start talking **** to me about UK?-------->False.

That's weak, Bonzo. [eyeroll] I have deleted you from the list I have. We are now at 45 people going. [cheers]

-Joey, there is absolutely no sense in being a mom shamer. You sound like a mommy blog. All the things you said, I have read. But what you are conveniently skipping over is that there are a lot of other risks for SIDS, and I'm assuming many of those things are part of the lives of the people your wife works with. We don't smoke or do drugs, and we put George on his back to sleep as an infant in his crib with no blankets/bumpers, breastfed, vaccinated, and keep the house at 68 degrees.

-All the kids at daycare dressed up today... :):p Chad would have loved it. G is a little Wildcat, of course.

Rookie move by super traveler Bonzo waiting until now to look at Vegas.

That's why you book it 6-8 months ago, when free (or dirt cheap) direct flights were aplenty, and hotels were around 80% cheaper than they are currently.

That trip and it's expenses have been out of sight/mind since February or we'd be out too.

*Halloween party tonight. Coolio is performing. I **** you not....Coolio.

Guy I know through a mutual friend has a huge party at his house where all ticket sales, donations, and blind auction proceeds goes towards the "Smile Train".

*Tomorrow I have a PRP alumni baseball scramble at Iroquois. Man, I'm going to feel like poop until I drop a couple of vodka shooters to get straightened out.

Fantastic Voyage and Gangster's Paradise are timeless. Coolio had a great ear for beats back in the day, lots of fart bass on his first few albums. :fire:

Shout out to L.V.

Serious question - Are there, like, "church clothes" stores where black folks find suits like that? Because you are not finding a purple-*** suit at Logan's.
