I had an Echo, but the damn thing kept repeating everything I said.

...kept repeating everything I said.

...kept repeating everything I said.

...kept repeating everything I said.

...kept repeating everything I said.

Not saying that preseason performance has always been completely irrelevant, but I can remember when Jonathan Davis dropped 30 in a B/W scrimmage.

("Thinking Man's Cat" is the worst nickname ever, btw.)

I'm really going to miss working downtown, especially during the holidays. Won't miss the $80/month to park, though.
The casina stopped letting "JACK" Cardholders park for free and it is parkageddon for the paid lots on Eggleston, Chad. Just when you though an Abarth with an exceedingly obnoxious vanity plate couldn't raise anymore ire. You should see the spots I'm making up with this thing when I roll in at 8:45 as others leave in defeat. Hackles, strewn about.

-Puppies to Rich and the new Dads. The new pediatric recommendation for the little crying poop sacks to sleep in the SAME ROOM as Mom & Dad for the entire first year is not going to be fun. Really glad we missed that sucker by a year.
I agree. It's pretty cool that you didn't have to heed the advice that would've lessened the chance of your son dying in his sleep. Congrats!

*Get us Kentucky Colonels and I might start giving a **** about the NBA regular season again.

*Also, would be neat because there is little to no chance of any players from Squirt U playing for the team.

So, Kenny Chesney and Pink just released a song. Together. :joy:

Fuh real, y'all. Please save ALL the pumps around here for at least 1 year, as that's the bare minimum that that dipshit will need to get. Goodness. What a fool.

(had to listen out of curiosity -- its predictably terrible)

-meh we used the data available and little dude triumphantly survived year 1. After he moved to his room, week 3, sleep got way better. When they're in the same room every single sound alerts you. Holler if you need the sleep consultant number. Shew. Not sure I understand how sleeping in the same room in a crib is any different than another room with a sound monitor.

-speaking of monitors. Snugcam is by far the best product. Ts. Buy them.

-set in their way blind loyalist like Bob and Chad are the worst. Make a decision for yourself.

False, see 2012 and before, room sharing was known to decrease the risk by 50% at least 8 years ago. My wife's a social worker* for a population that had a worse Infant Mortality Rate than Iraq a few years ago and is pretty up on this stuff. Our kiddo slept in our room for six months, NBD.

The baby needs the mom in the room, it's not just for you to monitor the baby in person. Babies are wired to respond to their mother's smell, movement, touch, and they also may pick up on otherwise imperceptible breathing patterns of parents.

When a baby sleeps with its mother is nearby, it may just lead to a better sleepin' baby - and no need for a sleep consultant. Blow that sleep consultant money on some Pampers, Rich. You won't need it.

*with an undergrad in genetics, not just some flunkie social worker.
