Lindor got caught going, fell down, ran back to the base with Lester staring at him, and Lester STILL refused to throw to first. You've gotta be kidding me. [roll]

He took 2 into the move off the bounce -- there was a power dribble that was hard to see. Watch it again. That play was actually fine if you're a basketball.

Regardless, in the NBA 3-5 is perfectly legal, 6+ is an automatic travel.

Those jerseys Marcus Welby high-water Snuggies® with the sleeves cut off. Goodness. They matched up well with Boxcar's XXXXL-sleeved windshirts IIRC.

That was a rim run if I've ever seen one.

The best part of that Galloway clip was hearing Jimmy Dykes voice, and remembering that he is prepping for another season trolling the sidelines of a women's basketball team in B.F.E. Arkansas instead of coming up with terrible tag lines to unleash on Tuesday nights this winter.

Can't imagine how crunk The Land is tonight, especially that little E 4th St area in central downtown by the arena/stadium.

Wonder if XO Prime Steaks would be open late enough to accomodate the Schembeans afterwards?

Finalized plane tickets to Chicago last night...shewee, this is going to cost two arms and two legs but why save money if not for these type experiences. First World Series game in Wrigley in pretty much anyone's lifetime. It will be amazing and definitely a story to tell for the rest of my life, win or lose. Thursday can't come soon enough.

Hope you got an in on tickets or plan on spending 5 figures. This was all over the radio today, standing room only tix for Friday are going for $6000. Bleachers are going for $10-15kplus and one guy paid $60k for a ticket behind home plate. So make sure bring at least $6000 to get in the door. And if you pay that, youre a dumbass.

So who's everyone's NBA team?

I assume around these parts it's Pacer country, being that they're the closest team to the Bluegrass state and therefore you must be a fan by default?

Oh, you're not? You like the ________ because of ________ former Wildcat? F**king charlatan. Cute mascot though.

Cav's fan because of Lebron is the greatest.

Heat fan because Lebron is the greatest.

Newest "Big Three Team" of the offseason.

Cav's fan because Lebron is the greatest. Final answer.

The NBA sucks.

And your connection to Chicago is.......? What?

Humor me. We've heard a dozen other ******** stories about extended family members and video games and cable tv networks and cross country travel and baseball cards and bedroom wall posters. What's yours?
Well, it's easy. As a 5-16 year old my pops took me and my 3 brothers on about 6 trips to Chicago for Cubs games, along with about 10+ to Riverfront to see the Reds play the Cubs. Dad wasn't even a huge Cubs fan just wanted to show the boys a good time. And we loved it.

I remember me and my brothers sneaking down with large groups into the lower level and then getting behind the Cubs dugout and hollering at "Mr. Dawson" and "Mr. Sandberg" for autographs when they came in until they had a manager say, "Boys, the guys would love to give you autographs after the game but can't right now."

Add that to summers when school was out watching WGN day games and about 10 trips up to Chicago with the gang in college and post college years, another trip this year in May to watch them host the DBacks and I'd say I've got a decent case.

Most everyone in KY is either a Reds, Cards or Cubs fan as well. And as a kid, there's no way I was rooting for a team named the Cards.

You get what I'm saying though Geaux Saints!

Thanks but I already have tickets and a place to stay. My best bud of all time since we were 4 lives in Dearborn Park in a comfy 3 bedroom house. Accommodations are wonderful and only a short trip on the orange line. A real Cubs fan/Chicagoan like @tommyg4uk can vouch for this setup.

Yeah but tell him where the tickets came from...

So Rogue was bar tending during Fantasy Fest in Key West, dressed up like a smurf. In walks Javier Beaz, also dressed up like a smurf. The two hit it off, bantering back and forth about supplements and gear. Javy enjoyed Rogue's salty bar tender sass, and made plans to go parasailing with the big ginger later. Javy left Rogue a big tip, waited for his shift to end, and then the two went off and totally smurfed.

Root for whoever you want, but don't get pissy when no one has any respect for your fandom. We take sports seriously and there's a big difference between a lifelong "born" fan (whether through hometown/homestate or family) and some dude that just decided to be a fan of somebody...which shockingly always ends up being a HUGE bandwagon team. At least Randall decided to be a fan of the unpopular, ****** T-wolves.

I don't have an NBA team. I have the Reds, Bengals and UK football and basketball, just like I have for 37 years.
