How do you leave John Henry Bonham off a prestigious list like that?

Clean it up, ZepCat.

His beard would come and go, not really becoming a staple until the late 70's, most commonly paired with the bowler hat. The mustache was the constant. Hell, the whole band had beards at one point, but they weren't really known for them.

- [laughing] @ Degenerate Gambler Anth. I love it. Dads need some kind of hobby.

- Obviously, I wasn't talking about growing out a damn hipster beard, you idiots. I'm a professional. It won't be much more than my stubble. I just want to try something different and cleaner.

- [eyeroll] @ black tie weddings. I suppose I could pull that one off if I didn't invite ANY of my family and ANY of my non-GYERO friends and was cool with HATING myself during the entire process and having contempt for my fiance/wife. You invite me to a black tie wedding and you can kindly get pumped as far as I'm concerned.

"Sorry, retired pipefitter Uncle Danny, you can't come unless you pony up $200 to fit your beer belly and squeeze your bum ankle into a tux. My fiance wants to imply we're super important and fancy."

UKO wants to butt-touch WCC right?

SAE- better home the bats haven't roosted in the attic. Pretty sure you can't even kill them and just have to let them hang out until they migrate and then you can seal up their entrance.

Once found a bat in the basement and it scared the hell out of me.

I know that clothes are a new thing for you, but the ankle shouldn't really be a problem getting fitted for a tux...unless he's got elephantiasis.

I know it's hard to pass Yummy Pollo, but you Bryant dudes should hit up that Lee's (Korean).

-Gambol has brought Anth & I closer than we've ever been, it's a beautiful thing. It's also made he & ABH daily communicators, which is also great for everyone. [cheers]

I suppose I should specify it is Black Tie Optional.
Every place is essentially black tie optional, no?

Wait, there are "black tie weddings," where the f'n guests have to wear tuxes? SMH.
It wasnt until about the very last hour before we ordered invitations that I talked my wife out of having a full on black tie wedding. 300+ guests and she was convinced that this wouldnt have been an issue.

This man is trustworthy and professional.

This man is an *******. I rest my case.
So it is the beard not that fact that he has a hole the size of a quarter in his ear that makes him an *******?

- Going on 2 months with a beard. Probably makes me look 5 years older and my wife hates it but whatever. I like not having to shave. Quick tip… don’t get too happy with trimming the ‘stache. There is a very fine line between a properly trimmed lip and creepy.

-Mizzou at noon really stinks for that roadie. Bleh. Planned on meeting an old college friend in St. Louis, stay there and head to Columbia Saturday morning for tailgating with family but that’s all shot.

-I’ve become strangely interested in athletic stadiums recently (especially minor league baseball). Really interested in what UK ends up doing with the new baseball stadium (Purple Lot killer).

-Kitchen reno is done. Shew.

-Powerade Zero/G2 are infinitely better than the originals.

When CMD Will Wear a Tux:
-I'm the groom
-I'm in the wedding party
-I'm nominated for an Academy Award
-I'm performing in Vegas

And if I do wear a tux, it will be with a vest, not a cummerbund. On me, a cummerbund basically acts as a hammock or a bonnet for my belly, depending on which direction it slides when I sit down.

Agree. May be an acquired tasted, but as with diet soft drinks once you get used to them the originals are too damn sweet and syrupy tasting (norichie)

Regular Gatorade makes you more thirsty than you were to begin with, imo.

Still remember this garbage -- our Pepsi Jr Golf tour back in the day was sponsored by this crap, and it was on pretty much every tee. [sick]

They brought back All Sport a few years ago but I feel like it used to be carbonated back in the day?

I hate Olive Garden, Adrian. Pretty much hate all pasta and tomato based dishes across the board. But I do hope all you Lexington catpaw friends can go to Fazolis in Tates creek this week - portion of all sales go to a fund for my mother-in-law

Katy Perry is my number one with a bullet. Bam has good taste.

You know you need to go home and start over when you open the door to the breakroom, only to discover that you stopped one door too soon and actually walked into an occupied conference room. "Sorry, wrong door" seems inadequate. I blame the almond milk.

Yep, it was carbonated...just not fully, or something. Like Clark said, it just had a weird feel. AllSport was a drink, and not only was it a drink it was terrible.

-BRax hates "pretty much all pasta dishes". Lol, of course that awful idiot does. Do agree that white wine or cream based pasta >>>> Tomato (most of the time).

Clearly Canadian was terrible.

Alright. I've put up with your **** on here for over a decade. But I will not sit here and let you trash Clearly Canadian. Hussy.

Nothing more enjoyable between classes on The Campus Beautiful than to stroll in to The Grill and buy a Wild Cherry Clearly Canadian, grab a seat in a prime location and chill with the girl you met at The Family Dog the previous Thursday night.

Clearly Canadian was incredible.

*Was about to book a work trip to Woodbridge, NJ for 11/16-11/17. Plan was to fly in the night before and have morning meetings/training the next day. It's a ******** of a town just a little south of Newark. Just before I was about to hit the confirm button for my flight, I remembered UK playing at MSG on the 15th.
Now I'm about to book a straight flight from Louisville to EWR early in the AM, head south to the hotel for a bit, booze, train to Penn station, booze, game, booze, train, recover before meetings on Thursday.

Long story short, I'm going to the game, popping my NYC cherry, and the only expenses I'm going to have is whatever I decide to spend on booze, food, and a game ticket. A terrible time in NJ just flipped to be pretty freaking awesome.

Plus, the wife is going to be in NJ that week as well. She's on the other side of the state just outside of Philly. So when my stuff is over, I'm heading to Philly for a day and a half then fly home from there.

Kind of pumped it all worked out like this.

Five Alive >>>> Sunny D. Truth.

That reminds me of a time I had all of my buddies over to play basketball. Afterwards, we spilled into the house where one friend opened the fridge noticing Sunny D which excited all of us as we were thirsty and loved that refreshing drink. They all complimented my mom for being so cool and thoughtful having the fruity concoction on hand. One of my friends even remarked that Sunny D has solar energy.

-Black tie optional. Dad is going with a clean black suit. Not renting a tux and being the only one in our group wearing a tux. Am keeping my eye out for a tux on the discount sites as I've always wanted to own one for no apparent reason.

-House on the other side of our neighbors, which I would love to buy, is in terrible shape and we watch bats fly in and out of the eve at dusk all the time. F*ck that.

-Cherry flavored Clearly Canadian was :fire:

Maybe you guys need a new CRE broker. :grimace:

Hope things are okay otherwise...

-If Stoops wins 6-7 and then gives us the middle finger on the way out this is the one I'll give him right back --> [thumb2]. I mean, that would be fine by me. Regardless, he's not going anywhere. Fat contract. Everyone back next year. Facilities in place. The reality is that if he wins 6-7 then he's in pretty good shape for the foreseeable future.

-Had never even heard of the phrase "existential crisis" until someone mentioned it to me a few weeks ago. Naturally, I read up about it and now every so often I wake up in the middle of the night in a damn state of panic (i.e. 4:06 am posts). WTF.

-Bathrooms are awful but the rest is great.

-Truth. Stoops is locked in here for at least another year either way. He's a big boy with a big boy contract. A few hecklers won't change that.

-F*ck, man. Could've left that out.

- [laughing] @ Degenerate Gambler Anth. I love it. Dads need some kind of hobby.

-Truth. Gambol is great. Over 3 years I've lost like $12-1500. I can manage that. $500 per year to have fun every weekend? Sounds great. Need to learn to be smarter and less drunk chasing bets.

-Just get married, bud. We'll be there in whatever you want.

Tight shirts with skinny ties. Colored socks. Tan lace-ups. 3 day beard.

Congrats on *officially* being from Cincinnati, Chad.
