You're not funny, bro. I get a big laugh out of guys with no sense of humor trying to be the life of the party. LOL, what mess. See ya.
That's the type of video that wouldn't shock me to see someone do some anal rape on him. I'm serious. We had a buddy Tiny who passed out and we stuffed big ol summer sausages into his butt and took pictures of him. They ended up on that former great site. Consumption Junction.
That's how lucky he was to have his clothes on.

I'm sure MJ saw this coming and timed his vacation right on time.So he was actually was driving after all. And this is where trashing other schools for scandals comes back to haunt us. When the heat comes down where is Matt Jones...on vacation
I missed that thread and the Wall/Cousins one too. I heard they were great.
Aike, I think we have our answer on whether or not he was driving. Those were some tolerant cops. I have no idea why they didn't give him a dui.
Thank you.
I was saying thanks for calling me "seriously warped" for finding you funny. I like you man.Don't worry Clive, we'll never hang out. IDGAF
Desmond Allison comes to mind. Didn't his life spiral out of control after being caught drinking at UK?He should be kicked off the team until he completes some type of alcohol help program and then reinstated if he completes it . That video shows a serious problem , basketball should be on the back burner . The worst thing that could be done to him is to let him off with some insignificant punishment .

But you're not getting my bud light.

Any chance we can meet here.?Well, you're not getting my Dogfish 90. I'd at least buy you the better beer.
Sorry. Misread your post. But seriously. we're not hanging out unless you come to Orlando.
No, Derek looks fine in that photo....![]()
Was he drunk here too? Lets just rush to judgements why don't we?
I think people are overreacting.
What I wanna know is why he was by himself. Where was his girl?
Any chance we can meet here.?
Too soon?
That's a policy no longer in place and I think Willis should get another chance if he fully completed alcohol abuse counseling or program . Desmond still got to play basketball , just not at UK . So he didn't get basketball taken away as stated by masiello . Derek needs help , this goes beyond college drinking . He was out in the road and should have a dui , luck alone kept him from a bad accident to him or worse someone else . The posters that gave the cop crap in another thread need to make amends , this is all on Willis .Desmond Allison comes to mind. "He might be in the (NBA) right now," said Manhattan basketball coach Steve Masiello, a teammate of Allison's at Kentucky. "You're talking about a 19-, 20-year-old kid, and the thing he loved most was taken away from him. That put him down a different path that really hurt him. That doesn't give him an excuse for all of his decisions. But who knows what could have happened?"

I'm being serious, I just got something on the email machine that invited us to Orlando, and I told my wife how funny that was. We get invited to where mass murders happen right after they happen.hahaha Clive, for the record. love your stuff too. Ever in Orlando, beers on me
Also, why did the police department release the video? Do they do this to all PI's or whatever he got charged with? I thought they only release stuff that was to settle someone crying foul play was involved.
Thanks, I didn't know. They have to if requested by the media. It's called open record laws. 99.9% the media doesn't care but in this case you understand why they wanted it.
is there much doubt, anymore, that he was driving?
I'm not talking about what is legally provable - I'm talking about looking at that video, seeing how the car is parked, and how he is laying outside it; like he tipped over from the drivers seat.
This is very bad
So he was actually driving after all. And this is where trashing other schools for scandals comes back to haunt us. When the heat comes down where is Matt Jones...on vacation
If I had to guess, I would say he was driving, realized he was too drunk to drive, pulled off the road, and realized he could be in trouble if found behind the wheel.
So he laid on the ground.
That's what it looks like. If there had been a party nearby you would expect to see some bystanders. Expect to see someone helping him out, really.
Sad video. He is extremely lucky he wasn't charged with DUI. I won't judge whether he has an issue with alcohol based on one video, but if he does, I hope he gets it addressed. It seems to me he can't get out of his own way on so many levels. That young man needs to grow up and not throw away opportunities he has.

believe me, I hope you're right and I'm wrong - would gladly eat crow to be mistaken hereHe was in a neighborhood and the car is perfectly parked parallel to the curb.
Ive done this same exact thing, where I got really drunk at a party and wandered out to sleep in the car because all the beds were taken.
I highly doubt in this state he would have been able to make a decision to stop driving because he was too drunk. If he was driving, the only thing that would have stopped him was an accident, IMO.
Now did he intend to leave the party and just wasn't able to crank the car and get going? Very possible, but I think the video actually makes it more likely that he WAS NOT driving.

Yep, it's clear from that video that Derek got very generous treatment from the police. He's VERY lucky he's not facing more serious charges.

My question is this - if there was a party, where was everyone?
