OKC keeps driving to the hole but they aren't getting that whistle, Billy. This isn't SEC officiating

There was about 5 minutes of game action that went by in the third where Adams was on the bench, and during that stretch OKC got no rebounds. They also quit playing pick and roll themselves as Durant and Waiters started whining and crying about everything.

Hats off to GS. I can't stand Green/Bogut but Steph/Klay are just unreal to watch. I almost think on the pick and roll you'd be better not switching and hoping they take the open lane vs the 3 since that team honestly feeds off the 3.

Absolutely weird feeling hearing TNT try to make E-40 a household name.

The Reds are 17-34 (5-19 on the Road) and have an overall Run Differential of -97. Will they win 60 games?

Worst Reds team of my lifetime...just absolutely dreadful.

Pretty all-American weekend: Golf, Concert, Yardwork, Grilling....and also a wasted severly hungover day.

Fun continues today at lunch -- little 4some with BarrySlizzle, UKO, and my agency manager.

-Man, what is it about concerts and getting blackout drunk? o_O I'm a very experienced drinker, but these days it takes one of those special days or a night with Chad/Jerry to really get me to Category 5/Blackout -- but a concert is pretty much a :100points:% lock.

Like always though, it was a great time. I'll say one thing about 'new' country mega-concerts, the people watching (both good and bad) is simply amazing. And all the little slutty hoes ... :eyes:

-Memorial Week. [cheers]

Managed to have a great weekend and avoid all the gorilla hot takes other than seeing the news flash at Taft's on Saturday that a kid had fallen into the gorilla exhibit and they shot the gorilla. Thought, "man, what an awful situation", then went back to my tri tips and crafties. Apparently that course of action puts me in the minority in the tri-state area.

Took the family to an FCC game. That was an awesome time. Nippert Stadium is severely underrated and I enjoyed it a lot more when I wasn't watching UC or HS football there. Apparently they are drawing more than all but 6 MLS teams and had a good crowd Saturday night. Good seats, lot of crafty options, energetic crowd and a fast moving game where the home team wins and I can see why its getting popular as compared to the Reds.

Spent the rest of the weekend grilling and at the pool. Managed to stay up to watch the NBA action last night and am struggling today. Only saving grace is not having to wake the kids up and get them ready for school. SUMMER!

-Been solo since driving the lass to the NKY International Airport Friday. She jaunted over to Paris to spend some time with her Mom (who is there with her UK art students). Inlaws bought the flight. Place to stay. Sure. I mean whatever.

-Left crafty vet SAE holding the bag as far as caring for our child this weekend. It's been real, folks. Not sure how single parents do it. I also got stiffed with their dog as my FIL is in South Africa on safari. Sure. I mean whatever.

-Last night's sleeping arrangement: two dogs, my daughter, and me in our queen. :cool2:

-After a month of rainouts I'm back on the diamond tonight for a doubleheader.

-Saw a ton of Louisville City FC (or whatever) gear at the pool this weekend. Kids, adults, etc. Interestingly, very little UofL gear but the token Kentucky Wildcats fans were present.

-Drinks with the old man Saturday night at his "club" (Bonnycastle Club). Interesting how our conversations have changed over the years. Guess I'm still not used to him talking to me like an adult and about adult subjects. Startling sometimes to hear him say something that goes completely against what I believed he thought (or completely against what I think). 34 years in and I'm still getting to know him, or getting to know him personally if that makes any sense.

-Kicking around an Oktoberfest party in my backyard for fall. Rent a tent and tables/chairs, German regalia (non 1930's-40's era), German keg beer, brats, pretzels, and non-UK SEC football. Lass has given me the green light. Think this may happen, actually.

-Charleston in a month. Why we do this.

-Heard from a person in a position of knowledge that Bellarmine football is officially in the works and that they'll be playing their games at the stadium on caimpus. That's dope, imo. I'll buy season tickets for that. New college football team FTW.

Wife's family has done this the last couple of years. It's one family gathering I actually look forward to. Weihenstephaner lagers and pilsners, FTW.

Bats are 28-22 tho. stay home & watch a winner rather than worry about that gorilla murdering loser town.

Maybe if they play well enough they will get promoted up to Cincy.

Unfortunately, you have no chance.

I'll personally kill all of the gorillas if it means Ricky, Bobby and Tommy have to stay the touch out of the 'Nati.

* I went to the Cincy Zoo yesterday. No gorilla murders, but I did see some painted dogs running around with a whole side of a sheep.

UK gear everywhere.

* The Reds' bullpen may seriously be the worst of all time.

* FC Cincinnati. I'm all aboard. Did I mention I designed their jerseys?

* Destin later this month. :pimp:

There's really nothing mysterious about the place at all, BBdK. It's a dimly lit, wood paneled bar with some private rooms attached. Mostly just a bunch of decent older folks who like to have a club where they can drink and socialize.

Were you allowed to take the kids there?

Non stop party weekend for this guy.

Thursday = got Katrina-style f'd up celebrating my buddy's (3rd) wedding.
Friday = Greek Fest. Just awesome. Outdoor, specialized events always have the best food.
Saturday = went to a local pro wrestling event. Middle School gym. Trashiness in spades. Midgets, wheelchairs, obesity, neck tats. Pretty much the worst forms of humanity. Will definitely go back.
Sunday = long day of paddleboarding on the bayou, followed by day drinking and then GOT watch party.
Monday = oyster happy hour and lots of vino.

Hankshaker is officially "that guy." Every GOT episode sucks. This character is overdeveloped, that one under. They should have followed storyline A instead of B. The book is way better. They're leaving out all the best characters. . Just write your own fantasy fiction series, *****. And quit watching this terrible show.

Haven't watched a single Reds game this year. My streak is very much alive. Adam Duvall has 13 bombs, though. Enjoy it while it lasts. 48 strikeouts vs 6 walks. Holy moly.

Guilty, after subtracting PTI(pti) hyperbole.

Game of Thrones is awesome and this season is especially good. But I thought Sunday's episode was a let down and I get frustrated that they waste time on the parts I find boring when there is so much cool stuff to explore in the show and the books keep getting postponed.

- The day back to work after these long summer weekends is always the worst- the combination of two-day hangover, sun burn and ****** eating combine for one big .

- I'm slow to judge considering I find the idea of even babysitting for an hour overwhelming, but I bet I could work with a police composite sketch artist to draw up a pretty accurate picture of the gorilla kid's mom.

- Didn't even make it down to Taste of Cincinnati this year, so I missed my favorite sight- some dumbass like Willy trying to push a stroller through the inebriated clusterf*** of humanity at 7pm on a Saturday night.

- Call me a giant vagine if you would like, but no way in hell am I paddleboarding on a bayou with all those gators lurking about. No thanks, bro.

- Leaving for SF this weekend. Imagine I'll have a few drinks each night, but it won't be my typical drunken roadie, which will be kind of nice.

- Can't wait to hit up SAE's Oktoberfest this fall.[cheers]

You didn't see my fat *** pushing any strollers thru Taste of Cincinnati.

We took Ava down once a few years ago during the afternoon. We met up with the Fylm family and it was fine.

But, dropping the kids off with one of their aunts in those situations is the correct call. But thanks for thinking of me.

It helps when your dad is cool and you can hangout (my dad is) but what's really :fire:is when you have a cool FIL (and I do), when that guy says we are going hunting, fishing, to a game, busting out the brown water...it cannot be challenged, it is the ultimate marital trump card.

For all you singles out there, a good solid FIL can make your life a thousand times more enjoyable.

Durant/Westbrook a combined 37% from the field in Games 6 & 7.

Durant is a loser, he's let that team become Westbrook's. Russ is insanely talented, but he can't be fully trusted imo. The other mega-stars of our generation would not have let another guy take control of their team (Aging stars like Wade or Duncan are different circumstances), and he pretty much just sits back and waits for his "turn" to touch the ball.

I've always like Durant, but his incessant bitching about missed foul calls was nauseating.

Durant's bitching is annoying, but he should punch Waiters in the face. I keep waiting for that guy to lay on the floor and have a temper tantrum on any given play. Their entire team was a MESS last night, finger pointing, whining -- again, that's on Durant imo.

-Yep, and then he proceeded to get his **** stripped about 87 times the next 2 games after his laughing episode. Enjoy, Russ.

Westbrook just seems destined to be on a team with a bunch of role players where he can dominate the ball at all times, like AI style of ball domination. He has so much damn energy, it's like he's going to explode if the ball isn't in his hands 90% of the time.

Durant would be much better with a PG who would enjoy setting him up for buckets...even when Westbrook does, it seems out of his nature.

When it works, they are an unstoppable machine but all too often it seems "forced" like they want to like each other and play nice but deep down can't stand one another.

Might be time for that marriage to end.

The Warriors are alright, but Draymond Green might be worse than Bill Laimbeer in the grand scheme of things. Just a terrible human being. He should've been ejected 2 or 3 times in the series (definitely a suspension not to mention him assaulting a referee in the last series), whines about every call made against him, flexes his fat arms after making 1 of 5 3 Attempts, fouls 10-15 times a game. Just an awful basketball player to watch, and ruins my Warriors experience.

Steph's mouthguard sucks too, but not as bad as Draymond. Hope Lebron knees his face on a dunk in the Finals. The Warriors are a lot more fun to watch when he isn't on the floor. Klay Thompson is dope. And the other role players do their thing. It's fun basketball. But Draymond...[sick]

Draymond was fine last year...he's always had that fire in him and been somewhat annoying, but now that he's a legit ALL NBA "star" he's become completely loathsome.

If you already don't like Curry (for protecting his teeth or whatever stupid *** reason you can come up with), I can certainly see why anyone would hate the Warriors when you add Green to the mix.
