I was speaking in terms of physical results. Maybe some of their success will translate over...

I have some good friends who are "into" the lifestlyle. They are pretty strict paleo dieters as well. She's mid 40's and he's early 50's. Both look 10-15 years younger than their actual age.

They invited me over for dinner one night with their crossfit friends.
Thought this story may end like a certain "ROLL TIDE" situation.....

You can lose my number because at 30+ if you are competing in cross fit you need to get your life.

How about hit the gym for 45-60 min 3-4 times a week and be normal and not a self sucking weirdo.

- Really hope OKC finishes the series tonight. Besides betting on them to win the championship I really want Westbrook to cast a shadow on Curry. Both are badass, but I'd take Russell Westbrook over Curry, and just about everyone in the NBA at this point.

- Ol' PTI might have been proud of krazy today. Had a meeting with client from a few weeks ago pretty much using me to drive down prices. After the spill of price doesn't build relationships and all that salesman stuff we agreed we weren't a match to do business. However, I refered contractors from start to finish for his projects and at some point they all did work for him but they too are no longing giving bids. He complained because they were best price and did great work, but are no longer interested in his jobs. Great opportunity to point out I'm a resource and not just a lumber pricing idiot.

Honestly I don't blame them but it did get me thinking I'm on the wrong side of my industry.

Gotta love cross fit guy that doesn't care about what you do or think, who then goes on to type multiple posts/paragraphs about why those that don't cross fit are losers.

Am I missing something? Maybe I have the guy doing this hidden.

I'd tend to agree just because of the variety.

"Reminds me of a murder case I tried..."

"Reminds me of a zoning ordinance I drafted..."

"Reminds me of an appellate brief I proofread..."

I'd love to hear about some murder cases. Usually, it's ******** about some corporations trying to F each other.

Really hoping Onuaku decides to stay in the draft so the idiots on Floyd street can STFU.

The theories amaze me. Onuaku isn't good enough to play in the NBA. Has major flaws that he needs to return to college for so HOFCRP can grind him into a top 10 pick.

Yet if he does come back those flaws suddenly disappear and we are final four bound after Ricks suspension because NAH NAH will be the best big man in the country and dominate.

How about you EAD.

In no mood today...

Oh Good Lord. Why are people doing this? Do they not realize that he'll have to face actual defenders in the NBA? Ones who are considerably better than the ones he faced against Illinois State, when he put up a stellar 2 points and 2 boards? In 36 games, he had roughly as many rebounds as Tyler Ulis.

He may eventually have some success, if you burn a top 5 pick on a guy widely considered the biggest bust in college basketball this year, you're begging to lose your job.

pretty amazing how closed mouthed they are about the subject overall since the season ended, as compared to us with Marcus Lee & Briscoe. like they think if they dont talk about it at all then he will quietly pull his name out & come back.

Seeing My Morning Jacket tonight at Iriquois. Anyone have a clue how early we should get there to guarantee a covered seat (gates open at 6:30)? Forecast is calling for rain, per *multiple* weather sources.

Name me one player that was on the fence btw going to The League and staying at UL that benefited draft wise from returning to the masterful tutelage one receives when HOFCRP graces that player with his presence for one more year.

You can't. RUSS should've gone. All that crap about learning the 1... ********. MEGA should've easily gone in 14. Cost himself millions by staying.

There's being full of **** in a Cal like manner to hype player/program and there's deceitful lying for one's own benefit like Pitino does all of the time 24/7/365.

Was under a full force barrage of bullets for commenting on a Courier Journal article awhile back about NAH NAH and the draft. I simply commented that taking draft advice from Pitino isnt the best as he cost RUSS and MEGA millions.

The comments were classic.

MAYBE THE WANTED TO EXPIERENCE COLLEGE
MEGA GOT SO MUCH BETTER SHOOTING
RUSS DIDNT WANT THE NBA LIKE COACH COWS BOYS DO
YOU ARE A JEALOUS IDIOT

Haven't seen it mentioned yet, but ESPN.com had this terrific breakdown of Step Curry's historic regular season.

Some mind-blowing numbers:

-- Curry has made more 3's the past 2 years than Bird or Jordan made their entire careers.
-- He averaged 50.4 points per 48 minutes in 4th quarters.
-- He shot 51.6% from 28 ft to the half court line on the season. The NBA average was 20.8%.

[laughing] Of course- Skal blowing up at workouts. I wish the kid the best.
That's what the idiots never understood. That kid is tailor made for a combine and the scouts will fall in love with him all over again.

The thing is, everybody is going to be trying to avoid the rain and they're all going to have the same game plan. If I were you, I'd try to be there by at least get-pumped o' clock. Good luck. Should be a great show.

Skal's only limitation is growing up. The kid has the size and raw talent to be a hell of a player.

Not that I'm rooting against you, but I really need it to rain around 6 so soccer practice is canceled.

I'd say things are looking pretty good for you.
