I've been banned from the Louisville board because I told them that Louisville doesn't have a chance with Romeo and they all acted like morons and argued with me. I just told the truth and said he doesn't have any real interest in the cards and it would be a waste of time for Pitino to put much effort in his recruitment. Anyway they called me a troll and insulted me. I defended myself and got banned. That boards a joke

So either this Langford fellow is bound for UL and at least two years of college or you are mistaken that the Dirty Turds are recruiting him. Either way I think you owe them an apology. Those kind of assumptions can really hurt some feelings and cause irreparable damage to the psyche of an entire fan base. My advice to you is to tread lightly my friend. Of course he does, he just doesn't get them! Hell Langford would be an unreal talent wherever he decides to go. Louisville isn't the place for that kind of talent. Pitino would bench him for making a turnover and not play him the next 3 games.

Well, not sure about the other poster you're referring to.........but anyone with a brain knows that a kid of his caliber has no real interest in a dumpster fire like the UL program. If the kid wants to get to the league in the best spot as possible, he has only a handful of programs who can help him and everyone knows it............by the way, UL AIN'T one of those 5.

He won't make any decision anytime soon, that's all you need to take to the bank. Between talk of Cal to the NBA, Coach K's age three years from now when the kid would be a freshman, Crean's constant job status (and Alford's), any potential fallout from NCAA investigations with UofL and UNC...he will take all the time in the world to see what coaching staff is going to be in place at each of those places when he's in school and what system/situation will be best for him. And right now, the situation is way too fluid for him to utter a peep about who he favors or which direction he might lean.

Agree 100%. A kid may have always pulled for one school of another. But maybe he feels out of place on campus or he doesn't jell with other players or recruits or he he gets weirded out when the coach cries on the in-home visit or whatever and he ends up elsewhere.

Now some kids stick without the home town school or they may have family ties or something. But quite often, the "dream school" notion goes out the window when things get real.

Bkocats- I can't tell you how grateful I am that you 'liked' my post regarding Steelers. You're a first class poster and while I try to be the same I can't stay classy when Steelers is involved. He should be banned from our board IMO due to the way he has abused the system. He perma banned me from the UL board simply for 'liking' a post on their site. I could have posted the local weather forecast on the UL board and he would have banned me. He's now on our board trolling me and 'liking' my posts simply to expose himself as the loser he really is. Still blows me away that we have posters get surprised/upset when they get banned from UofL boards... Stop letting them get under your skin people. They can't win and they are ashamed of their program but can't outright say it so they stick their head in the sand and try to ignore it. The only way they can do that is by banning us and making fun of us, so just wear it as a badge of pride.

Rick Pitino: A dissembler is one who tries to conceal what he is; a hypocrite, one who tries to make himself appear to be what he is not, especially to seem better than he is.
